Denver Mattress — Local services in Fort Wayne

Well we dropped in to ask some questions about different levels of quality of a specific brand of mattress which we were considering but we were on the opposite side of town from the first store we went to and this location was more convenient at the time. I was honest and said we were planning to buy from someone else. Sean Stucker was there and I informed him that I was not planning to buy from him but a competitor. but, I had a few questions. Sean was so nice to work with, so honest, and didn’t care that he was likely not going to get the sale. He was clearly the excellent knowledgeable person I needed to speak with. Sean helped me evaluate my options, he knew all the technical details I had questions for and even helped to figure out if it would physically fit in my existing sleigh bed without having to buy all new everything. Did I say that I straight up told him I was working with someone else at a different store? He didn’t care and treated me wonderfully without trying to upscale and tell me they were better. He just treated me well. He was so helpful that I decided to switch and buy my bed, frame and sheets from him. I don’t think he expected me to return to make the purchase the next day. This is our second time purchasing at Denver mattress. Our experiences with your company has been nothing less than stellar. Wyatt was our sales professional today and he did a great job. I was looking to purchase a mattress that I found out was not correct for my body shape. It was more expensive, but he quickly pointed out that at my body weight, this mattress was not for me. He put me in the next level Tempur-pedic mattress that was perfect for my body, my weight and my shape. The knowledge that he had impressed us so much that we ended up buying three mattresses today;, 2 power platforms for the mattresses, one being top of the line Tempur-pedic with all the bells and whistles. We would not have made these purchases if Wyatt had not had the expertise. We then came back later that evening and Wyatt was off work. Shawn was happy to take all the information in place of Wyatt and give him the credit. Again, he was very professional in going over all of the details of our purchases. The salesperson, Jacy, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and not over burdening. We asked about his own personal experiences in what he looked for when shopping for himself. He gathered information as to the sleeper regarding their sleeping style (back, side, belly, hot, cold, etc.), then directed us thru various bed options all the while reassessing our input as he continued to gather feedback about each tried bed. We started with Dr Choice because I had good experience with that particular brand and ended up with a Foster Stearns mattress based on our own conclusions and information Jacy provided. Another part of the overall experience was due to low customer traffic at the time as that provided more personal time with Jacy as not having him stretched between customers.
