Have been seeing the ads and cute pictures for this boutique and decided to splurge and pick out some items. It’s my own fault for not reading the return policy but you can only get store credit or “exchange” the item. What’s funny about the exchange is when I go to do it through the returns/exchange link it says out of stock in the size I want. When I go on the normal website they have the exact size I want and I can add it to the cart. I got the items on sale and since I can only do store credit, if the items I want were to come back in stock in the size I want I’d still have to pay more for the items. I even emailed costumer service and they said there is nothing they could do but give me store credit. My store credit would be less then what the item is priced at because I got them on sale. I would be perfectly happy waiting for the size I want to exchange. The quality is not worth the price and I wouldn’t trust the size chart because everything was way bigger then I expected. It’s not worth the money and they don’t seem willing to help costumers do anything but spend more money. Definitely won’t be ordering from here ever again. Had to to payments to even afford the items and just wanted something cute for graduation pictures. Disappointing to feel I’ve been scammed.i either want my money back or the exact items exchanged. Read moreA few weeks back I went to the warehouse to pick up an online order. My email instructed me to pick it up at the warehouse. When I arrived none of the girls inside the warehouse were wearing masks (this was after the mandate was in effect) I understand the warehouse is not a public place, but if customers are being instructed to pick up items at the warehouse, I think the employees should wear a mask when a customer comes inside to pick up their order. I went to the boutique today to make an exchange and immediately felt uncomfortable as a customer wasn’t wearing a mask... while I understand the employee can’t really do anything to enforce the mask wearing, I was upset to find out there was nothing in the store or even a sign on the door that encourage customers to wear masks... considering it’s mandated by Governor Holcomb. Later on during my visit one of the employees took off her mask before she walked in to the back and walked right past us with her mask off. Another employee had entered in the door without her mask on. While I understand not everyone may agree with the mask mandate, it is now an order from the governor and should be followed by businesses. Read moreI don’t recommend this company. They advertise free shipping but won’t ship it until they get to all of the other orders that paid for quicker shipping which isn’t cheap. Either offer free shipping and ship it or offer over night shipping/2 day shipping or just have everyone pay for normal shipping like other companies do. I unfortunately didn’t even see this option in small print until after I went back to look. I still would have never bought $15 (the cheapest option) to ship ONE top. I went over to Vici dolls and got a 20% discount and paid for normal $5 shipping and will be getting a similar top in time for an event. Once I emailed lane201 about an estimate when my order would be shipped I was given options of payments to get it here on time and was told I could call the store or I could give my card info over email. Who says that? Super unprofessional and after reading lots of bad reviews this company gives me bad vibes. Any way to get more money out of you. After reading the reviews I’m glad I went ahead and canceled my order incase my one top showed up cheap looking for $54.
