Ordered orange chicken, crab ragoon, fried rice, and vegetable lo mein. Paid $45.. it was hot, fresh, and quick. However the noodles, rice, and orange chicken tasted like cleaner, or chemicals of some sort. The crab ragoon was awful itd been alright if it weren't for the slushy looking sweet and sour and the long shreds of imitation crab inside. Too much of it. . We took maybe 2 bites of everything, took everything back, still steaming hot (we were staying at the hotel behind the resturaunt) and explained to the woman in the nicest way possible, with respect and discretion what the issue was and asked for a refund. She didn't even wanna hear what i had to say, wouldn't try it herself, and refused a refund with all the food and receipt. Nor did She offer replacement, or an attempt to make it right. She was bitter, rude, and just flat out did not care. I'll never be back, nor will i encourage others to spend 45 on a non refundable non negotiable and non exchangeable meal no matter what the reasoning. And no apologies or anything other than treatment like i was lying. I had all the food, receipt, and paid with debit. Why would I waste my time and lie?? I was disappointed and starving. Knew we should've had panda express. You can even see the uneaten pieces...

Poor service, lady was rude. Ordered emperor's shrimp, she came out with food in normal time service us rice first then started to place the food plates she said oh, wait. Removed the plates returned to the kitchen without stating why. Returned about a half hour to 40 mins later with other plates acting like no big deal. Still no explanation for the delayed meal or apologize for the inconveniences. When the bill came full price, no discount for our time wasted. So, I asked her if they was going to discount our meals. She ignored my request, I asked again. She said I would have to ask my manager.... She never returned to the table. So, I went to the cashier and asked the same. She stated we are busy, what was wrong? I explained. She said I will check on this. She returned and said they made it wrong and had to remake. I said exactly.... She said with a harsh tone. The food was hot and you ate. Yes I stated and our time is worth something. I will remove 3.00 that's it..... WOW. My time is worth more then three bucks... So heads up. Don't waste your three bucks there, go somewhere else.... Trust me I use to go to the place every week... Not...

Food is great and consistent no complaint there. The service is a whole different story. My boyfriend and i ordered the family dinner meals which is $23 each (not cheap) but we thought it was a great deal as it came with a number of different things. The waitress seemed new and very flustered as she forgot half of the things that were included in our meal. I had to remind her for hot tea, the appetizer that came with it, and we didn’t even get the dessert because we were fed up with having to ask her for all of these things. Not to mention when we reminded her about the appetizer that WAS INCLUDED and written clearly on the menu she brings us full size appetizers (4 Rangoon each) and we thought maybe she was being nice because she knew she messed up. nope they charged us for them even after i told them i didn’t want to pay for them. not to mention my poor waitress was in the back getting screamed at by her senior staff for the whole restaurant to hear. i hope she finds a new job. i used to love this place as a kid and have so many good memories but it is not worth it anymore....

I ordered crab rangoon and it came out within a few minutes, nice and hot. Taste was fresh and cream cheese/crabby! The Orange chicken came out soon thereafter and was equally delicious. Used real orange peel, and the sauce it was glazed in was thick and sweet. Also hot when served! It was around 5pm. Ordered of their specialties side of their menu. Crab rangoons were $4.25, and the orange chicken was $12.95. I couldn't finish it, had to leave 1/4 of it behind. Two cherries were an awesome ending to such a great meal. The food holding the cherries in place as pictured was a carrot slice with holes large enough to keep the cherries still Waitress was awesome! I asked for water with out ice and she came right back out with it. No waiting on it for my part. Very friendly.

Pros: - Fried rice was pretty good - Beef and Broccoli & Chicken and Broccoli were good - The restaurant looked pretty nice and clean when I went in to pick up my food Cons: - Hunan shrimp cost 2 dollars more than the Hunan Chicken and Hunan Beef but had only about 6 or 7 shrimp and no veggies. I paid $15 for 6 shrimp and an absurd amount of sauce. - Egg drop soup smelled and tasted like a cow pasture - The sweet and sour sauce cost extra for the crab rangoon and was the weird lumpy pre-packaged junk - A little pricey The absurdity of the Hunan Shrimp alone is enough for me not to go back.
