Update. After the reply from the store owner I need to say that my husband was with me and when I read the owners response his mouth dropped open. He was with me. The employees announced at 4:40 that they would be closing at 5 and they DID start turning off lights at the back of the store BEFORE 5:00. Threatening me by saying you have everything on video doesn’t scare me dude. I rarely leave business reviews at all. But was hopeful that you would let your employees know that they shouldn’t turn ANY lights off at all before 5:00. Not sure what the difference is in “booth lights” and the other lights. Regardless, if people are still looking around and it’s not 5? Why turn off any lights? I like the stores lay out and the items in the store that’s why I left 3 stars. But since the owner can’t reply in a more kind and professional way, it’s a one for me. And all of the people I have sent to that store in the past? I will be sure to let them know about this. I can keep going back and fourth all day. Blessings….😉

I’ve been to this store several times. But when we went in last week it was about a half hour before closing time. They yelled out that they would be closing in 20 minutes so my husband and I looked at our watches to make sure we were mindful of the time. I believe it was 4:40? It was late afternoon. Anyway we still had 15 minutes until closing when they started walking around the store and shutting off lights. Including over the area in the back where there was an item I was thinking about purchasing. Then they started turning off lights everywhere at 10 til. I’ve worked in retail. We never turned lights off until the last person was at the checkout if it was before closing. My husband asked me if I wanted the pottery that I was contemplating getting, I said NOPE. 👎🏻 I wasn’t about to walk back there in the dark to find the item I wanted. Lost me as a customer that day for sure. Ya yelled out you were closing in 20 minutes, we were watching the time. We literally had 10 minutes to get what we needed to make it to the check out before the store closed but turning the lights out on people who are still walking the store really rubbed me the wrong way. Maybe wait and turn the lights out at 5:00? You know when the store closes??? Or change your closing time to a half hour earlier if you don’t want customers at that...

i've worked in retail the last five years so i am the last person to get upset at workers doing their job. that being said, i had to find someone to help me at the counter by the register so i asked a nearby worker wearing a "seriously?" shirt to help me when she found a second because she shuffling through a cart full of paintings and writing stuff down on a notepad. i waited at the counter for five minutes - what i wanted didn't even need a key. when i was getting ready to leave bc i was tired of waiting, a woman who was tending to her booth - she didn't even work there - had to help me get a pin i wanted to buy out of the counter. she told the "seriously?" woman the price ($3) to ring me up. the "seriously?" woman continued to write things in her notepad and refused to look up for the next 3-4 minutes so i just left. i guess if you look young or don't spend enough money here they won't even give you the time of day. don't bother renting a booth here because they won't even ring people out wanting to buy your products. disgusting and i...

I was in here previously for the first time. And yesterday I went to see if they could help me figure out the origin of my antique. I walked in and stood there because the lady with glasses was helping another lady. I'm pretty sure they didn't notice me at first but they were conversating about the rebel flag and to put it nicely for you they were talking about Mexicans and black people and other cultures and how they don't belong here. I just couldn't comprehend why have such hate for a particular race and the things that these two Caucasian woman were saying I wish I would of recorded it. Oh and I'm black just to let you know.
