My friends and I have been here a few times, the first time was fine. Service was pretty good and we liked the stock, but I noticed a severe lack of organization and price tags. A lot of stuff seemed to be just “display”.

This past time, however, was different. We went in and didn’t get greeted like we did the first time. The guy behind the counter, who I assume is the owner since it is the same person every time, didn’t even acknowledge us. Which was whatever I don’t need a greeting every time I enter a store, but what got me was when we were asking about stuff behind the counter we saw something that looked like a Commander Bulk box for MTG, we asked about it, if we could look through it or just what it was in general. He proceeded to look at us like we were dumb and with a very condescending tone said “These…no.” That was it, very rude, short, and non-friendly. Just poor traits for customer service in my opinion. If someone has a question just answer them normally and without any of your superiority complex. I probably won’t be coming here again as there are plenty of other TCG focused shops in the same area, same for Warhammer.

Clean building, friendly staff and prices that Amazon can't even beat. I found a deckbox that was twenty dollars cheaper here than delivered to my house online - I've never seen that before! All Staff were courteous to me and my mother even though she is not a gamer and I am a woman (no one treated us like we didn't belong there!). There is a nice selection of random games, although not the largest selection I've ever seen at a game store. The location is super inconvenient for a Fort Wayne store, but it's worth the little jog to get there. There was a large group of people gaming- even with children- which tells me that this place is trusted as a safe environment and has good experiences for all age groups. My brother hangs out here for Magic the gathering often and has always spoken highly of the events...

I'm sure their play area / lobby is fine but DO NOT order from their online store. I ordered a playset of cards from them on June 17. They didn't confirm my order ever. They didn't issue a sent mail confirmation ever. I called them more than 5 times just trying to get anybody to provide me a tracking number or at least get me a confirmation email! I was promised a call by a manager every single time. I was never called back once. Eventually I just filed a complaint with PayPal and wouldn't you know it they never contacted me there either.

I never received my cards and I just received a refund today because PayPal rules in the favor of any customer who doesn't even get a reply from the seller.
