ALDI — Local services in Fort Wayne

Came to store in an attempt to fill my grocery list and asked a male named, Robert, if there was any "regular" hot chocolate because all that was on the shelf was cups that are for machines that fill landfills. Instead, he sarcastically tells me that the product is SEASONAL and winter is almost over. I reminded him that this store is located in the MIDWEST - it's FEBRUARY - and winter is nowhere close to being over! He continues to be a smartalleck and then tells me to have a " blessed day". Let's be very clear - the passive aggressive bullying used thru religion will NOT be tolerated or ignored! Words were exchanged and then I wasn't even able to complete my shopping because this individual wanted to interject himself into the aisles I was in trying to intimidate me! Of course, no manager was available for assistance. I'm done getting subpar service from horrible humans existing in the service industry!

I regularly spend $300-500 each week at Aldi because I run a daycare and assist at a homeless shelter. Not one cent of MY money will EVER be spent at another Aldi! And, I will make sure none of my clients come here to shop, don't apply for jobs here, or even drive by the building!

You probably already know about the store itself. I want to talk about the kind of people that shop at Aldi. Today my car battery died after I loaded the car with my groceries. All I had to do was lift my hood, and I had 4 separate people ask if I needed help. One kind man, discovering that neither of us had jumper cables, drove to Walmart, purchased some, then came back and gave me a jump, and gave me the cables even though I had no cash to pay him back. A very good place to shop if you're looking to save money the facility is always clean for the most part the cashiers are OK but they need to quit throwin people's groceries in their cart like they don't really care about what happens have been a longtime shopper at all these and I will return and there is no excuse for the cashiers literally throwing the groceries in a cart I don't care what the management says I don't care what the upper management says or the owners of the store there is no excuse for this...
