Cityview Lanes — Local services in Fort Worth

For anyone that likes to bowl never go to CityView Lanes in Fort Worth, Tx off Oakmont. They have the worst Customer Service. I paid for three games and only got one. I asked for my money back and they refused. I asked for the other two games they refused. GM David Hickmam said " I am not doing anything to help you"

Also i asked (David Hickman) for contact information for the establishment for his supervisor. He refused. I asked again and added by Freedom of Information Act requires if any olace of business that provides a service I am paying for has to give that information if requested, by law. The GM, David Hickman, refused to give me the contact information. Police had to be called by me the customer to obtain the information. Luckily FWPD came out rather promptly. I explained the situation and only asked for A: My money back. B: Give us the other games C: Contact Information of his Supervisor Cops got the contact information and David Hickman, came outside, and told me I wasnt allowed back, I was banned from the Alley. I had my children's birthday party here yesterday. We were taken to a party room that was disgusting. The floor looked like it hadn't been swept in weeks. The walls were smeared with who knows what. There was a huge hole in the ceiling. The bathroom in the party room was covered in filth and feces. They whole room smelled of sewage as well as the public bathroom outside the party room. I asked to speak to the manager twice. The first time I was told she wasn't there and would be back in 20 minutes and they would have her come talk to me. Before our party was over, she still hadn't come to see what I wanted, so I asked to speak to her again. When she finally came , she walked into the party room, past me. I had to go to her. She was very rude. She admitted there was a known sewage issue and that the room was filthy but didn't understand what I could possibly want from her. I ended up feeding my guests on the tables next to the lanes to keep them from being exposed to the filth in that so called party room. We went bowling last night and first of all staff not very friendly from jump. We were bowling and the ballad kept getting stuck. They kept rolling around back behind pins. We tried reset all that did was mess up game points. After the third or fourth time it did it I went to say something to guy at the counter he said ok I will get someone on it and he reset it messed up points. We kept bowling as the ballss finally came back. Well what do you know it did it again. So we waited and waited for the ballas to roll back nah… just kept spinning. We just got frustrated cause no ones cares all the staff is congregating behind the counter talking no one cares. I just took our shoes and tossed them on counter and told the guy he might not want to rent out lane 36 since balls keep getting stuck. He just looked at me like he wasn’t sure what to say. We left.
