Went in there today with my 6-year-old daughter because she wants to spend her allowance on Pokémon cards. They didn't have any so we started shopping around for other stuff and somebody came in and had the guy behind the counter call a co-worker to ask about the prismatic evolution he was holding for him. He was told he could only do a limit of two by the guy on the phone but he had brought his girlfriend with him to get two more put to the side. I asked the guy behind the counter so y'all are putting aside prismatic for people? He replied with it was his pre-orders. Which obviously was not because he came in with somebody trying to get two more put to the side. People have to wait in line for hours just for a chance and this guy gets 2 put to the side for him? I'm just about done...

So we decided to make my brother an Advent calendar with pop heads, not really knowing much about pop heads I was sent out to buy the items ... first place I always check is games stop. upon arrival I was greeted with a friendly smile and a “welcome to game stop” I was explaining my situation to James as he directed me to the pop selection I begin to pick and choose what I thought my brother might like lol ( another day, another story ) As I was given time and space to make my selection. I then asked Mark a single question and after his response I now know why, what, and how to get all The exclusive and fine items my brother would be looking for! He was very informative knew his selection , knew the inventory overall very knowledgeable! Long story short STORE...

Everything I get from this GameStop is a work of art, and great for the value. I got a refurbished Xbox X here and it runs like a champ, no issues, just like a brand new Xbox X. I purchased an afterglow controller and a retro. The employees are friendly, and if you think going to a GameStop is not worth it these days, give this one a try. You can never get the full nostalgic experience like you will walking into this GameStop. Everything is neat on their display cases, employees are knowledgeable about their products and games; the customer environment encourages you to purchase someone you probably not had original intention to purchase simply because the environment is so encouraging.
