Do not send your loved ones here if they are ill or need consistent care. If I could give this place a 0 (zero) I definitely would. My biggest concerns was their integrity, lack of communication, customer service, and inconsistent workers who didn'thave a clue what was going on. My father was under their care as a cancer patient who had an infection and was placed on antibiotics. He was not given the proper care when needed and as prescribed by the doctors. No one in the administration at this facility knew what the other was workers was doing. They were rude, defensive, and very disrespectful when presented with questions instead of finding a solution. This continued to snowball until my father felt terribly ill and was rushed to the ER where he later passed away. My family is distraught and very disturb by the events that took place at this facility. Including other patients that would rant to us about how they were being mistreated. The director and the headquarters never followed up with solutions. Please do not send your loved ones here.

A week ago you responded to my previous review for me to contact your Director. I/We (my family) have tried talking with the Director and other staff and as you can see this has led to unfortunate circumstances. All communication can be addressed via my email. My mother stayed here for 2 weeks. I was skeptical at first not really knowing. But I was was given short notice to find her a place for rehabilitation plus was given a list of who her insurance excepts. Well my nephew & I came up with a 1st choice 2nd & so on. We both had this place as a 1st. Soon after I unexpectedly went to visit there. I showed up when the office was already closed. But a nurse there showed me around. It was very clean. Did not have a urine Oder which I had wondered about before going there. As far as my mothers 2 week stay there.... it was wonderful. She loved it and I felt comfortable leaving her there every evening when I left. Everyday as a second option if they don’t want their lunch they always have soup of the day. They even let me have soup if I wanted it. My mother loved the food there we both loved the soup. Almost all staff is very kind. I’d like to acknowledge & give special thanks to some of the wonderful people there as far as our experience goes. Special thanks to Amy/nurse, Lori/physical therapist, Taron/speech therapist, another very energetic occupational therapist she’s short but I can’t remember her name sorry, And the activity girl there I can’t remember her name but she really cares for everyone and she’s fun, Terrance/part of cleaning crew, even my mothers doctors from there were awesome. If I could give this facility zero stars, I would. My mother was here for rehab for only 2 days. I checked on her on March 28th after I got off work. I walked in, there was a tech behind the station, sitting in the dark on her phone. I noticed my mother's door was closed. I walked in and there was no one on the bed. I went and asked did you take her some where because no one is in her room. She said she is in there, I said no she is not. I walked back in. I walked around the left side of the bed and my mother was tangled up in her sheets on the floor. She had fallen on her left side. I immediately yelled, she is on the floor. They all were scrambling and came running. Mind you, my mom is frail and has other serious health issues She was also a fall risk. Her room was disgusting. They had not cleaned the floors. Her bed was elevated all the way up when it is normally down to the floor. Of course, they called the EMTs. We went to the ER, her blood pressure was through the roof. She had a nice sized goose egg on the left front of her forehead. She had multiple tests ran. It was concluded she had a possible stroke and a brain bleed from her fall. This was negligence in its highest form. The staff did not even report the incident to their management. This had been traumatic from my mom and myself.
