Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Ordered through the app for delivery and never received my order. Tried to have it redelivered and they wouldn’t answer the phone. Drove myself to the location and explained the situation to the employee, who then felt attacked and started being rude and cutting me off and saying it was doordash’s problem and to have them call the store and that I was lying because they never heard the phone ring. Then argued with me and said they wouldn’t help me when I was in tears saying they wouldn’t help me unless I calmed down, even though the short, black and red haired old lady that worked there was yelling at me and patronizing me the entire time calling me a child. Left with no food and no refund. What a joke. I’m appalled. I will never be back. She should be fired. The little girl working with her was pointing and laughing the whole time instead...

Horrible experience on multiple occasions, including tonight. Won't be going back to this location, the old lady that works nights is wild. We've been left at the speaker box, we get told every time that they don't have the drinks we want, and if the food was warm it would be an improvement. She "missed" the patties on our burger, did NOT remake them, threw the patties on, wrapped it in a new wrap and gave it back as if you can't see through the window; told us that her cook had walked out...he was smoking out the back door when we pulled up so...?? Looking through the reviews, I cannot believe all these horrible reviews and no actions other than "I'm sorry you had this experience" replies and no more. This is really to address corporate and the CEO. I have been eating at your restaurants since I was 7 years old. I am now 30. In all my years I have always been able to afford a meal from your restaurants. Until today. I left the hospital to get lunch. When I got to your drive thru I was heartbroken to find that the meal prices were so high I couldn't get anything. I ended up going to Taco Bell. What I love about Jack in the Box is how different the food and restaurant business is. It's set apart from the other chains.
