Subway — Restaurant in Fort Worth

4 times I've come by at least 1 hour before closing or 2 hours before closing and for some reason they are always out of meatballs as a former employee of the cityview location we were never allowed to run out of meatballs as it is the most popular sub and if we did run out we made more period end of story full stop. The unprofessionalism from the staff when I asked for the managers number was beyond anything I have experienced lately in fast food. Special offers are only good on the app and website, not in store. Both were not working and haven't been for a long time, other people have complained in reviews about the same issue. There are many 1 & 2 star reviews on the Google Play Store. The menu has changed since the last time I visited. We eat Subway sandwiches quite often. We may change that habit, though. This store gets a 1 Star rating because leaving ZERO Stars wasn't possible !
