I have never been treated so rudely before. Both the manager and the girl working the cashier on 11/6/2023 around 9:30am are extremely rude. Placed an order online and went to pick it up - walked up to the register and told the girl my name. She looked around at some receipts scatted on the counter and then didn’t even respond to me before moving on to the next customer. I stood by the counter for a little while before finally sitting down at the closet table right across from register. Waited over 30 minutes for my order. Finally went up to the counter again to ask for an update. The girl gave me immediate attitude and said “well as you can see, we have a ton of orders” and gestured behind her. She didn’t even offer to check on my order. Manager then came up and asked for my name. Turns out my order had been sitting behind the counter right next to the cashier the whole time! The girl didn’t even look!!! I complained to my manager that my food was cold and he just stared at me before saying “food gets made even if you’re not here”. I had been waiting for over 30 minutes! Several of the staff saw me sitting there and made eye contact with me MULTIPLE times! Not one of them offered to check on my order or give me an update. I ended up just walking out because I couldn’t believe how I was being treated. I have never been so upset at service that I would leave a poor review. I just left this location and was extremely disappointed in the service and the lack of cleanliness. Had it not been for an employee that was there helping from another location I would have simply walked out. When I walked in there was about five employees behind the counter including Zach the manager. No one paid any attention to me as I stood there waiting for service for a fool 10-plus minutes! They never greeted me or even told me that someone would be with me shortly... It's like I wasn't even there even though I made myself obvious. Zach was responding to another female's employee bantering. The person at the drive-thru was busy with drive-thru customers so I give her that much. All the other employees were simply just occupying space. Is that was about to walk out the employee from the other store walked in and was nice and courteous so I placed my order to go. The floor and tables were dirty as where the counters will you get your condiments and supplies from. I'm not sure what the title manager means these days anymore. Not only get the manager look extremely young but he may be under the impression that a title gives him respect, however respect is earned and this was not the location for that.
