Print World — Local services in Fort Worth

If possible, I would truly rate Print World a 3.5/5. I worked with them in 2023 for my wedding save the dates and invitations.

I met with Amy several times and she was direct and knowledgeable. I ran into issues with their designer and had to trade emails A LOT more than necessary. I work with creatives in my day-to-day job and will admit that I'm particular, but there were many times that the designer was sloppy and overlooked obvious spacing/spelling errors and made undesirable creative choices that I had to nitpick and point out time and time again.

When my invitations were prepared, I also experienced smudged invites and printing issues (some of my pieces had text on both sides when it was just supposed to be one-sided) which created unnecessary stress.

I chose Print World because they're affordable but many times regretted it due to the amount of time I had to spend re-directing the designer. I met with another vendor about a different printed item for my wedding and the designer was very detail oriented and efficient - which wasn't my experience with the designer at Print World.

It became apparent to me that I should've worked with a vendor who specialized in the wedding industry to receive the level of quality and care that I required, even though it would've been more pricey.

However, I do appreciate the kindness of Kelli at the front and Amy for guiding me throughout the process. I will definitely utilize them for quick/simple printing needs in the future, but will leave the more complex items to other...

We had our wedding invitations made at Print World and it was a terrible experience. Here are a few things that happened that you wouldn’t expect from a business with a 5 star rating on Google:

poor attention to detail: we had multiple back and forths about small things you wouldn’t think you’d be telling a professional designer as a client. From the address being incorrect to the text not being centered. We went through it all. a request to add 2 foil lines on the invites turned out to be more expensive than the purchase of the paper we used + printing black ink on it. The explanation for the surge in price didn’t make any sense. the lady we were working with; our only person of contact, left for vacation without even letting us know. they missed our deadline.

I can't give Print World enough stars for the service that we were given when they were tasked with helping me plan the most important day of our daughter's life. I originally met Kelli for what I thought would be wedding invitations only. She made it so easy and effortless that I leaned on them for everything (bridal shower sign, wedding sign, napkins, programs, menus, gift cards, and thank you cards). They even helped with the crest design and we stuck with it for everything! I have found a new local print company for all my needs and have even started to refer people to use them.
