This spa is very clean and lovely inside. With your service you have access to the gym for the day including the locker room, sauna, steam and hot tub (no cold plunge at this location). Carla gives phenomenal massages from a therapeutic and medicinal approach helping you regain musculoskeletal and facial balance. With complimentary tea and water enjoyed in the quiet relaxation room and the ability to hit up the sauna beforehand, this is a great option for frequent rejuvenation or casual spa days.

Would be amazing if they offered robes to relax in beforehand (I just always bring my own) and had the numerous add ons they offer listed on site. Aromatherapy is complimentary but they also offer cupping, face massage, additional time for hand and foot...

The staff was great, however, I’m not sure that my highlights were done correctly. It looks kind of uneven and the color looked okay when I got it done but when going under other lighting it looks very bad. I called Lifespa to see if I could get a re-do and the lady I spoke to said it would be $80+ on top of the $150 I already paid which is kind of ridiculous. I would imagine if a customer was not satisfied with their hair an exception would be made, I wouldn’t even mind paying a little bit...
