Like others shared, for unknown reasons I've continued to come back to this location DESPITE the SLOWEST service I've ever experienced at any fast food restaurant including Whataburger who makes their burgers 'fresh' when ordered so they are understandably more 'slow' than others.
I sat in the drive thru for over 10 mins (no cars ahead of me). Thought maybe I should call out to see if someone would say 'just a moment'..NOTHING. After another few mins FINALLY, I drive around & there is 1 car pulling away. I pull up & worker has her back to me and seems to be taking order of the car that had been behind me. I patiently wave & expect her to open up the window to see/ask why I've driven up..take my order..something crazy like that. Instead she firmly turns her back, refuses to look my way. I finally am so frustrated, I call the 1-800 BK # on the window & tell them I'm literally sitting in a drive thru of 1 of their locations being ignored.
She then opens the window briefly, I ask what store # it is and SHE CLOSES the window in my face & shakes her head. Corporate folks @ BK locate store # by the address. I told them "she literally now seems to be determined to NOT take my order". I put my car in park & then notice there are FOUR cars behind me. She opens window again and tells me "Go...just go"..and does shooing motions with her hands. I said..um, I'm on the phone with your corporate office. She doesn't care. I have had this woman before. She is an older woman, tiny, olive complexion and always always grimacing,/glaring. I asked her one night if she was ok and she glared at me. That was fine - I ignored that. Today she was the RUDEST person I have ever dealt with at a fast food place. Will never return there. This answers why this place takes so very long even at 8 pm and NO cars in drive thru. I now know why iy gets so little business. Whether corp or franchise, whomever is in charge better get that mean, nasty attitude woman out of there along with anyone else who treats people that way.
Also, one other thing i notice is they randomly use 'wet floor' signs to 'close' the drive thru sometimes as early as 6 PM. Seen this on multiple nights the same wk. They DO NOT CARE AND...
Read moreI’ve never had such a bad experience at a burger king like i did today. & I’m from out of state!! My husband pulls in the drive through, the lady asks us if we are ready to order. “Before we could answer, she yelled, “ORDER WHEN YOU ARE READY” my husband got irritated with how rude she was that he pulled out the drive through and we walked in….. We waited in line for at least 15 min, we didn’t mind since we noticed they were really busy. Once we saw people start walking out, we noticed that people were waiting longer than us and they just weren’t taking orders.
When we got the the front, the lady watched people walk out and then that’s when she decided to take our order…. When she got the the register she said “yes?” Like what? No hi nothing. Just Yes? I asked her, “are you taking my order? “ then she emphasized YES……. Took everything out of me not to call her out. She took our order, no receipt… just cash back in hand. I sat down and I guess she thought I wasn’t paying attention because I watched her go back and forth from the register to the fries, not once did she wash her hands. When she was putting the fries in my bag they spilled on the little counter, so she proceeded to grab them with her bare hands and threw them in the bag. NO GLOVES, NOTHING. I asked her to please give me clean fries in Spanish and in English just in case she tried to talk smack. She was upset, she put the fries to the side that she took out of my bag, and i can tell she was going to put them back in the fry basket after we walked out. At this point i was furious. I checked our order and it was WRONG, my husband was frustrated and just wanted to get out of there so we just left it alone and left. Read moreThe rudest employee/"manager" doesn't want to take orders at the speaker, fains it/they/ can't hear. Told me to pull around for order. When she/it became argumentive when I informed "it" they could hear which is why she was responsive at the speaker. She rolled her eyes closed and locked the window, turned away very dismissive. I vote with my money!!! So as the paying customer if you can't politely take an order, and deal with customers then your not a good fit for your business. Especially during a recession! Furthermore you represent Burger king, stating your the manger. Yet treat your customers rudely and dismissive. "Your in the service industry". You clearly don't do well. Multiple areas need improvement, mostly from staff. Read all reviews and posts. As an owner operator, I would clean out staff, and hire pple who are pple person, the rest of the skill sets can be trained. I doubt this is a top performing store, due to the of putting actions of the staff members. Inconsistent open and close times, rude, inefficiently trained staff will cost this business to fail. Your skating by on franchise name alone but the won't be enough with the worst cruddy service and customer service. I should be able to 1. Order. 2. You make. 3. I pay, receive order. Simple!!
