The workers weren't watching the front of the restaurant and I waited there 8 minutes before I had to peek into the kitchen and say "hello." I waved at a gray polo wearing employee whom I presumed was some form of leader and she just glared at me and didn't even respond back. The kitchen staff was playing around by the drive thru, which was the only area attending to customers, and another employee looked at me and continued to play with the drive thru employee. The gray polo lady finally came to the register and gave me the fake motivation customer service with thick sarcasm in her voice. The food took 20 minutes. 20 MINUTES. There only 1 other diner in the dining area. When the gray polo came out with our food, she shuffled slowly to our table and said that the wait was because they had to make fresh fries. She continued the disrespectful tone as asked if I needed ketchup. She then proceeded to move at a snail's pace to get me the ketchup. There were no napkins in the dining area and another customer had to say aloud "we need napkins," but nothing was done about it and the customer left. During this whole time, the staff was still laughing and joking around while all the eating-in diners were given virtually no attention at all. Never coming back...
Read morePlaced an order for a patty melt w/ large fry large coke. Waited around 20 minutes in the drive through, when I got to the drive through I tried paying with apple pay, the cashier told me I would have to get out of my car and put my phone against the glass, they've told me this before and my phones apple pay won't reach through the glass when I tried it previously. I asked the cashier if she could just take my phone and place it against the reader because my phone wouldn't reach, she told me she couldn't because it was something with health code or something, I then asked if someone who wasn't handling food could do it like the manager, she got the manager, I told the manager I've been here before and my phone wouldn't reach through the glass, she wouldn't listen to me and said "yes it will I've done it many times before" she said it's against company policy and wouldn't place my phone against the reader. This manager would rather lose a food sale by making it difficult to use apple pay, than simply helping a customer out. This manager needs to be fired and replaced with someone with more experience. I'm not going back to this one, I've had no problems with the one and 377 and the employees are nice, I will go to that one...

They had PLENTY of employees, but not many of them were doing anything. We went inside and it took almost 30 minutes to get our order. There were others in the lobby that had the same situation. (Some of the customers in the lobby were getting very loud and complaining about having to wait so long for their orders.) This place is SO slow!!!! I blame ALL of this on the Manager. Employees only do what they have been told to do and these employees were doing NOTHING to get orders out to customers.
