Starbucks — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I am familiar with this location. They use to have good services at one time. I don't know if it's new staffing. But I do visit unless I am around the area. I am familiar with the young Indian guy out all he is nice most likely. When I come through drive thru. I had decided to go in maybe after 11am . It was 2 more young white girls working one was doing everything while the other white kind of blonde chubby one just walked around as the others worked hard. She takes my order it wasn't that busy,but they had a white man sitting down on his laptop. She brought his coffee out to him at the table fast, as I was still standing there like I didn't exist. It was another customer came in a few minutes after me was a mobile order,she when quickly to fixed her order. I just ordered a ice coffee. I had to remind her I was still waiting. If I didn't addressed her I would have still been waiting for one ice coffee. I do believe it was some kind of prejudice. This was the worst experience out of all Starbucks. She could have fixed my coffee right away. I had to ask her. On top she wasn't doing anything,so what was the problem. As I was leaving out a black young girl employee was walking in. She probably was waiting for her to fix my drink. Because she seems like she didn't want to and was trying to refuse it.This Starbucks have some racist and rude people working.January...

It's your regular run-of-the-mill Starbucks. Average customer service, average drinks. What gives it 3 stars is how unreliable the open times are. I went there last Monday (1/4/21) at roughly 4:45pm and there were green traffic cones blocking the drive thru and absolutely no cars in the parking lot. They already closed! This particular location is always closing early and the time is always fluctuating. One time it closed as early as 2pm. Normally, if it's past 5pm, I don't even bother checking to see if it's open. I did bother last Monday though, because they've been having this issue for a while, i thought surely by now there would be a handle on it. So, I can only assume they are horribly understaffed or have constant outbreaks of the virus and staff have to quarantine. Because there is no other starbucks location that I am aware of in this vicinity that closes so early. So, my recommendation is if you're going north or south on riverside or beach street, just opt for Kroger's starbucks on beach and timberland (for those going north), or heritage trace starbucks (for those...

Angle or Angela whoever the store manager is, I strongly advise you to tech your staff a few customer service skills. I’ve never experienced such a horrible experience at Starbucks and it honestly makes you look bad.

Wow I am highly disappointed in the service, atmosphere and coffee quality of this Starbucks location.

Haxel made my drink (a Carmel crunch coffee) and he completely ruined it by putting like 90% creamer inside. I told him that this isn’t usual and he picked up my cup with a disgusting attitude (as if he was too good to touch my cup after I tested it) and asked what’s wrong with it. I said that I believe there is too much creamer inside. He rolled his eyes and threw the drink in the trash. The assistant associate noticed his poor performance and immediately jumped in to take over.

First of all, if you’re working at Starbucks please don’t think you’re too good to touch someone else’s cup…. I can assure you you are very much so , if now lower, than the average...
