My wife and I had been admiring jewelry from Reads for a couple of years. We first saw them in Cowboys and Indians magazine and later saw some of their items on display in a store in Las Vegas. So, knowing how much my wife loves their jewelry, I decided to surprise her with a new wedding ring for our anniversary. I called Reads, and by luck, I was connected with Tasha—the world’s best helper of husbands who want to make sure they get the right jewelry for their wives! Tasha was sooo patient with my million questions and so helpful by offering some options based on my wife’s likes and my budget. The experience was so awesome, I decided to take a road trip with my wife from CA to Fort Worth to meet the people at Reads—all of whom are the salt of the earth! When we got to Reads we redesigned my wife’s ring, again—they are so patient and so helpful. We also bought a few other items(so much for my budget!) I can tell you this jewelry store is full of people who REALLY care for their customers, make them feel like family, and of course makes sure they are happy with the jewelry they invest in. I had searched for a few years to find someone who could catch my vision of a ring I wanted to create. My mom died from Alzheimers in 2019 and left me a diamond ring. I wanted to have the ring re-set but local jewelry stores were unable to think outside the box to design what I envisioned. Upon the recommendation of a friend, I went to see Tasha at Reads Jewelers. She immediately understood what I wanted and was as excited about the creation as I was (maybe even more). She micro- managed the design to make sure it was perfect. She completely understood and honored my desire to use pieces of my mom’s ring in this project. She kept me posted on the progress and before I knew it, it was done! The ring they designed and built completely fulfilled my dream of having a family heirloom that compliments my style while honoring my mother’s memory. I’ve worked with a lot of jewelers, and I will never work with anyone but Reads going forward. Their quality and attention to detail is far superior to anyone I have worked with before.
