I have ordered 3 birthday cakes in the last 4 months from this location. My daughters birthday cakes was missing 2 âHappy Birthdayâ flags, one which was included with the order and the other i paid additional for. It was not a big deal so I let it go. Yesterday when I picked up my mothers birthday cake it was not only missing the âhappy birthdayâ flag but it was also missing the card (both included with the order) When i walked in there were 3 employees standing behind the counter talking to one another. Not one of them greeted me, so i started looking at the merchandise for sale. About a minute passed and I was asked if i could be helped? I told the girl i was here to pick up a cake. She wasnât exactly rude but she wasnât friendly either, she asked my name, walked to the back, brought my cake out and said she checked the cake and the peony flower and âsurpriseâ candles were on. I thought it was unprofessional that she did not open the box for me to look at the cake and the fact she was very short with me and made me feel as if I was a burden. I asked if i could also have one chocolate raspberry bundtlet, and she didnât say a word, just quickly got the bundtlet and told me my total, and again she was not exactly rude but she was definitely not friendly and I did not feel like a valued costumer. To top it off Iâm carrying a 10â cake in a box, a bundtlet, my purse, and keys and as iâm struggling to open the door not one of the 3 employees (one which was a male) came to open the door for me, nor was i even thanked for purchasing the birthday cake. When i got home is when I opened the box and thought to myself something is missing, the cake looked vague. then i realized it was the flag and card. I did go back and look at my receipt and it did not show that I choose the âhappy birthdayâ flag and a blank card. I placed the order in store and when I placed the order the employee asked me if i wanted a flag and i told her yes the âhappy birthdayâ flag and i told her I would just write in the included card myself because they were busy and people were waiting. Not really a big deal i guess but this is the second time in a row now that this has happened. I donât normally write reviews but since i do order birthday cakes frequently and also other items such as bundtlet towers and cupcakes (i probably come in about once a month sometimes twice just to purchase items already ready and i order all birthday cakes from here) after the service i experienced and it being the second time my cake is missing items i give this...

Cakes tried: White Chocolate Raspberry / one word, delicious. You can taste every aspect of this cake and the frosting brings it all together.
Lemon / this flavor in anything never disappoints. Very rich and delicious.
Chocolate Chip (gluten free) / so good!
Snickerdoodle / I love snickerdoodle cookies so I could not pass on this one. Finding out it was one of her faves as well made it an obvious choice! Loved it!
Double Chocolate / purchased for someone else and they loved it! They ate it alongside ice cream because itâs a pretty generous size that you can split it to eat more than once.
All yummy...
Read moreIndividuals familiar with me from Barbados knows that I have a penchant for a good pineapple upside-down cake from Sheraton Mall. To my surprise, my favorite bakery, Nothing Bundt Cakes, has introduced a limited-edition pineapple upside-down cake. The advertisement alone is sufficiently compelling to warrant interest in purchasing. I was not only extremely excited but also intrigued. It reminded me of home. Yesterday I purchased said cake along with my twins birthday cake and others. Upon arriving home, I sat on the couch and reached for my cake, only to be presented with a product that fell short of my expectations in terms of presentation. I subsequently returned to the Nothing Bundt Cake location on Camp Bowie and spoke with a manager, showing her the pictures. Her response was, âthatâs typically how it looks, the baker bakes the pineapple on top of the cake.â I then inquired if she had seen the advertised cake, which is available in only one version. I simply took the pineapple off the cake. The pineapple upside down cake is a hard no for me. To...
