I am a pretty loyal customer of this coffee shop. I’ve referred so many of my friends here and tell people it’s one of the best cups of coffee in FW. I love the coffee and the baristas have been really kind. For the past several years, I’ve gotten a regular iced latte with a scoop of brown sugar and it’s been so good - it’s a latte I look forward to and would drive the extra miles to get.
Today, I asked for my regular latte with a scoop of brown sugar. The employee receiving my order said they didn’t have brown sugar although I could see it behind the counter. I asked if they could use it as that was what they normally did. Sarah was pretty rude about it and said no they wouldn’t and stated that they don’t put brown sugar in their lattes and when I told her that the past few years they’ve always put brown sugar into my latte and asked when that was changed, she snapped at me and cut me off by saying that they don’t do it. Guess what...I found them all right here in Ft Worth...who knew?
What a wonderful, locally owned cafe, that serves up superb craft coffee and tea's. Convenient location, with plenty of free parking, so it's real easy to keep coming back here. And I will...
The light inside is inviting, it's clean and quaint, but has a spacious feeling to it with the high ceilings and all, and has a nice soft light wood tone to the interior design.
It feels good in here.
The menu is simple, easy to read and understand, but with all the essential choices, so you won't be disappointed and their price points are competitive and fair.
My barista was pleasant, knowledgeable, and served up a perfect Cortado...
yes, a Cortado, and it wasn't too hot!
I smiled as I grabbed a bag of some fresh "Olympia" beans, and I immediately thought of my son and I, sipping espressos in the Seattle rain inside an actual "Oylmpia" cafe.
And check it out...it was RAINING during my time here as I sat and sipped.
Wowsers!
A sign from above perhaps? Nope, it's still just on their door. But you should definitely walk through it, you'll be...
Read moreRead moreI have been to Fort Worth Coffee Co. many times and have always had a pleasant experience. Most recently, I had a month to month membership in their co-working space, and it was exactly what I needed, from clean spaces to comfortable work areas. I'm hoping to be able to return soon and subscribe for a whole year of co-working. Josh and Mary Hanna have created a space where employees actually look happy to be there, and work to create meaningful connection with customers (at least the ones who want connection .
