Online payment options are needed. Dropbox for checks would be nice since no online pay is allowed right now. Cameras need to be installed in garage and hallways for safety. Squatters in the stairs. I don’t feel safe here. Garage door needs to be fixed. Garage is rarely cleaned- litter and random bags of things are sitting around for months at a time. I’ve never had a single work order filled. No calls returned or even acknowledgments that I’ve put an order in. Front office rarely knows how to help me when I am in need of information (mail system, extra key, online key, garage door busted again, ect). Mail room package system is odd. Sometimes my packages are just left out in random spots in the mail room where anyone could take it. No calls to let me know if the front office has held a package for me. One package was signed for and returned without my permission. It was my new license plate. It took my weeks to figure out where it was and how to get it back. No help or information from the office. Not allowed a spare key but no locked out service. Online key doesn’t work for all necessary doors to get to your door so it’s mostly useless. No system for food delivery (ubereats, favor, etc). Management has change at least 4 times since I moved in around November. I was wrongly given a lease fee and haven’t been able to get any help correcting that and getting my money back.
I love my room but everything else about this apartment experience has be a 1/10.
Update 8/3 The trash rooms were overflowing full of garbage and leaking out of the doors, the ground was covered in sludgy dirt and very gross. I make everyone take off shoes at the door when entering with extra diligence. Was like this for almost a month. There’s still trash and a lot of debris through the stairs and parking garage. I don’t feel like mgmt visits the top floors (I’m on the 4th). The stairs are VERY dark. The lights have been busted on a few floors for a few months and not fixed despite my requests. I avoid the elevator because it shakes and stumbles on the way up and its scary af. My last ongoing issue is with mail. You have to pay a subscription to access where packages are put. Only basic mail box is free. I have to ask the office to get my packages each time they’re out there bc I don’t want to pay extra for this place. Also, the organization of the mail room needs work. It’s hard to find packages when they’re there.
I want to note the new mgmt is very kind and tries to be helpful as much as they can but these are set in problems that mgmt can’t always solve. They usually say they’re going to help with something but, when I assume they realize they can’t, they just don’t...

Submitted an URGENT request to change the battery at the front door lock. Austin called before arrival, changed out the batteries and the lock is fixed!! Thank u
7/7/23 Most recent maintenance call was ok. The plumber and his helper were very polite and professional. Unfortunately the work they did was terrible. My kitchen sink faucet leaked. After they left… it still leaks and now the pull out hose portion of the faucet hangs down out of the faucet. It looks awful! The bathtub caulking around the tub had pulled away from the wall and split. After they left, most of the new caulking looked good but by the next day the new caulk had shrunk and begun to pull away from the wall. In addition, over the 6 months that I have lived here the garage gates have not been operational for more then a few weeks. Lights inside the garage flicker, the garage door that leads into the apartment is always unlocked even tho I have complained. The current resident manager has stopped using our towing company without notifying the tenants. Someone was parked illegally preventing me from backing out of my reserved space and the towing company advised me they no longer supported this property. Third time this has happened to me. I hate it! There are cars parked in the garage that don’t belong here so we basically have no security! The hallways (4th floor) are always dirty with trash and spilled liquids. There is a stain on the floor in front of my door from something for over a week. I had no idea what it was - I just knew I didn’t do it. Kids running up and down the halls. Music from the apartment across the hall from me is so loud sometimes I can’t watch tv. This same person as well as others leave thier smelly trash out over the weekends almost always. Management sends out a notice about it and people just ignore the letter if they even read it. Unfortunately with so many changes to management things in this building have gone down hill. I look forward to moving out. Overall good. Can’t seem to keep garage door operational tho. Lights in garage always seem to be out or flickering. Also, signage in garage for towing or other information never makes it to...
Read moreSuper thankful I didn’t end up singing a lease with this foul money hungry management team. We all make mistakes, but when your dealing with peoples hard owned money, it’s unfortunate that people don’t know how to be a DECENT human being. This company basically stole $200 worth of application and administration fees from me. Because the young woman Ashley wasn’t educated enough about the property to be working alone, without management around. On a Sunday she provided me with certain information, insinuating that this rental company may allow a guarantor, and if they don’t I should still fill out an application to take the unit off the market. She then stated her manager will be in the next morning on Monday, and if they don’t allow guarantors, that the property would take care of the fees I just paid. So less then 24 hours I contact them to see what the decision was, and since they don’t allow guarantors I ask for a refund of the fees I just paid. And to my surprise, since my brief experience with Ashley the previous day was so pleasant and inviting, she denied that she ever told me she would give me a refund. Ashley gave a smiling happy go lucky image the previous day, which I’m sure tenants love. So I’m pretty sure if she would have just told the truth about our conversation, she wouldn’t have lost her job, because she was a friendly leasing agent. But she made a mistake and instead of owning up to it and letting her manager know what she really told me she lied, and led me astray. So just by this interaction alone, I would never sign with an apartment who has people like this working for them. An apartment company that’s making over 6 figures each month, couldn’t refund $200, on behalf of a mistake that there employee made. DISGUSTING Update 7/13/22 Just received a call that this company tried to send me to collections. Unbelievable lol they already received the $200 from me that I asked them to refund, which they refused. And now there trying to say they never received it to get more money out of me. Keep your receipts and all of your emails, thankfully I did. Do your peace of mind a favor and...
