Guanajuato Bakery — Restaurant in Fort Worth

if I could give customer service a zero I would that's how disappointed I am by guanajuato's bakery I ordered a cake two days ago. I got passed on the phone at least with 3 DIFFERENT employees who did not know how to take an online order or were unable to process it correctly. With that being said today I went to go pick up my cake. It was my first time at the bakery The Establishment looks really clean I will give it that but other than that the bread is MEDIOCRE I went to go grab my cake and it had my first and last name on there. I have a receipt paid in full the lady on the phone said to come and pick it up there was no sign on there indicating that I had to wait in line to then pick up the cake. I was grabbing the bread it is an establishment where you grab your bread you get your pan you get your spatula and you grab your bread sooooo one plus one equals two??🤷 and I thought I could grab my cake while I was up there and pay at the same time even though my cake was already paid in full KEEP IN MIND. I had to pay for the bread with that being said the lady then at the countertop indicated to me "who was it that gave you that cake". I then told her nobody gave it to me but it has my first and last name and I have my receipt she then began to scold me in front of my kids and in front of my husband. I should read the sign that was way on the other side of the bakery where you could NOT SEE IT saying that somebody was to help you the other side had no such sign (PLEASE VIEW PHOTO) she then said well next time you need to make sure that you ask!! Maybe next time you need to put a sign on the other side of the bakery where there is NO SIGN indicating that customers are to pick up their purchases that were with already paid for at the countertop she then proceeded to want to argue with me 0 Stars if I could.......

We initially called and asked if they made custom labubu cakes the lady of the phone we had not a single problem with she said yes and explained that they would print out the picture and then add it to the cake. We asked before going in if we can go in store and place the order. She said yes so we decided let's go and place the order. We get there and the baker come out and tells us we need to find a photo of what we want we show her cakes and she says no a photo of what we want printed okay cool we miss understood. Our fault then she shows us examples and we find photos of cake that look exactly like she shows us and even single thing we show her its a no. Okay whatever she was on her phone the whole time and we thought she was looking for photo trying to help us. NOT EVEN she was just on her phone. I get it its mother's day but we were just trying to get a cake and we came in with no sort of ill intention we just wanted to order a cake. Hopefully she has a better day cause we really don't know what...

This bakery used to be very good. I remember going very often as a kid with my parents and the employees were very kind and the pastries were wonderful. I still go here once in a wile when the weather is perfect for bread, but as of recently I’m talking for 3 years or so the quality in the pastries have gone down as well as the size of them. Ant the employees now can’t even do their job correctly like why do they have a sign stating that if the cashiers don’t hand you the correct change and putt all of the products in the bag and you step outside they will not correct their mistakes. And yes this has happened to me I put 2 pigs in a blanket on my tray and took it to the cashier so she could bag them and when I reached to the bag to get one they were both missing and yes I bought more than those two breads so I didn’t think of checking my bags. Also how is it possible to forget to putt items in a bag when you literally have all of the items in front of you. If I could give this review 0...
