Underground Cigar Shop — Local services in Fort Worth

I usually don't do reviews just because of time, something has to be REALLY REALLY GOOD or REALLY REALLY BAD... REALLY REALLY GOOD is an UNDERSTATEMENT! I'm actually new to Cigars and this was only my 2nd visit to a cigar shop. My first was good, but this one was just DIFFERENT! I was welcomed in a very courteous manner as soon as I walked in by an older gentleman with glasses (forget to get his name). I mentioned that i was new to cigars and wanted to start off with something smaller and smooth. He quickly came from behind the counter to show me the selection and made some great recommendations (loved the "CABRONCITO") He even made some for when I was ready to go with something a little bolder. I noticed the lockers specifically one that read "For those who served" I mentioned being prior service and showed him my VA card and he quickly opened it up, asked my kindly to take a cigar on the house from the bins inside. They also do 15% military discount, which I asked him not to give me since I was already walking out with a FREE cigar but he did it anyways. This experience will always be memorable and I will definitely spend as much money as I can here and highly recommend as much as possible! Didn't have time to lounge today, but I can't wait for my next Friday or day off to set back and relax!...

Fantastic cigar shop, They carry a variety of sought after boutique cigar brands that are hard to find at other shops. The owner and staff are very courteous and welcoming. The prices are fair and the lounge (should you choose to smoke there) has been full of friendly, down to earth people on the occasions that I was able to visit. I can't say enough about the UG. The service is outstanding. The selection of mostly boutique cigars is extensive. It may be a small place but it is mighty and I hear they are looking to expand and remodel the location. These guys take excellent care of their customers like family.
