I would not recommend T-Mobile because they will take advantage of you .Went in to get new phones had phones less than 13 hours was charged $70 a piece for each phone which is $140 and then 40 a piece for the screen protectors which is 220 that T-Mobile made for a phone that never had any phone calls made and no data was used.Called customer service they said if I would have called them and not the store since it was within 24 hours they would have been able to give me the full refund.Whats the difference it's the same company sounds like a scam to me.But anything for corporations to make a quick buck.Fast forward I received this reply like maybe something may be done just to be told that these are legit charges.So I wasted my time again.I was told there was nothing they could do.So I feel the response was just to shut me up.I was given the district managers email.Which I feel was also to shut me up since they knew I would not...

I arrived about 10 minutes before closing on Saturday, having just finisheda full day of work, with the intention of signing up for 5G home internet. While was told was eligible, was then informed l'd need to return the next day. It's a bit disheartening to be turned away when the store is technicaly still open, especially after making a special trip. was really looking forward to getting the internet connected so could enjoy some Xbox time with my son tomorrow. This experience was less than ideal and quite inconvenient, as it now pushes back my plans.
