Worst customer service ever Lady was snarky, judged my order rolled her eyes at me They were all out of Venti sized cold and Trenta size cold cups. OK that’s fine. No big deal. I got a grande. Drink which I would usually get an Venti, but I didn’t because they were out of Venti cups anyway same exact drink no other atoms it was $7.50 for one grande drink I get a Venti of that same drink. I asked for my pumpkin loaf to be heated up. She didn’t heat it up. Served it to me cold Got my order completely wrong This was $30 for two cake pops two Grande size drinks And one pumpkin loaf, heated up honestly worst customer service I’ve ever had there wasn’t that many people in there but she didn’t even offer me a receipt or anything I don’t even think that she printed one What was the drink probably because she got it so wrong and didn’t want to get in trouble for it, but didn’t Give me my sticker with my name on it on any of the drinks any of the food I was telling my friend about this and then they were like oh well maybe that they have a hard time because they work at Starbucks OK dude go snort some coffee beans I don’t know what to tell you Out I put the two dollars into the tip jar lady was cranking rude like Awful. Once early. Before 10am. Extremely busy, mobile orders wee completely ignored. We all finally got frustrated and had to tell the employees our orders after waiting 15 min without anyone checking with us. I finally waved the employees down and then it was chaos once everyone in the mobile order area realized their orders were not being worked on…
Second time was mid afternoon, 3 pm. Nobody inside some cars in the drive thru. Food came out right when the mobile app said so. I had finished my sandwich when an employee asked if I had drinks too… 😂 they began working gin my 2 drinks, after one drink is completed, employee stops and takes a walk in order, then another. The person who walked up and ordered receives their drink while I wait. At this point it is now 15 minutes past when I got my food. I stand directly in front of counter and stare upset. They ask did you have another drink order? 😂 the employees have no idea what’s going on. It was a second employee who finally made the drink and literally threw the straw across the counter at me. So now I’m the bad guy for being completely forgotten about twice, finally the situation more serious and their are mad at me… I don’t think these people want...
Read moreThis morning I visited Starbucks and had a disappointing experience. My order total was shown as a little over $10, but when I tapped to pay, I was charged more than what was displayed. I asked the cashier if she rang me up for someone else’s order, since the price didn’t match. On top of that, I noticed I was not given the chance to select my own tip amount—the device was not handed to me to enter it myself.
