We had several issues with our brand new Frigidaire refrigerator. Frigidaire customer service representative stated the issues would be covered under warranty and scheduled a repair ticket with Tabbit's. Tabbit's contacted us, my wife gave them all the information about the issues and the model number of the fridge. The gentleman kept interrupting her and making assumptions on what was wrong with our refrigerator. He called and said he needed more information, so I contacted him back and gave him all the information that he requested. During this time he was very irritable and not helpful. I gave him all the necessary information. He never came out to look at the fridge.
After not hearing from Tabbit's after a week my wife called to check on the status of our repair. He told my wife that he was waiting for her to call with more information, she told him that I called and gave him all the information that he would need and he said that he never spoke to me. My wife insisted that I spoke to him and then he asked again what the issues were with our refrigerator. My wife told him again what the issues were, and he said "oh right Frigidaire cancelled your repair and it is not cover under warranty. He never came out!
My wife called Frigidaire and when they looked into the repair ticket, they said Tabbit's said there was too much wrong with the refrigerator and that it is not covered under warranty. Again Tabbit's never came to look at the brand new fridge and provided false information to Frigidaire and cancelled our ticket. This kind of customer service is extremely awful.
Luckily Frigidaire again said it was covered under warranty and is sending out a different repair company to fix it thankfully. Please Tabbit's do better going forward. I do not...

Read moreI called Tabbit's in the late morning and he was out to check on our broken washer within an hour or so. Unfortunately, the part that was needed along with the bearings being close to worn out made it a smarter move to just buy a new washer instead.
Rather than try to sell us on fixing our old washer, he suggested buying a new one as it didn't make sense to put that investment into our current machine. Not the best situation but it was nice to get an honest recommendation on what we should do rather than put money into something that's not really worth it.
