W Body & Foot Spa — Local services in Foster City

I’ve been a loyal customer of this business for the past 1.5 years, but unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience on the phone on 10/8 at around 11 AM.

I had a scheduled appointment for the next day and called to confirm whether my assigned masseuse would be male or female, as I prefer to know this information in advance for comfort reasons. The team member I spoke with told me they could not share that information. While I understand that therapist assignments are managed through ClassPass, I also know that the staff can confirm whether the therapist is male or female — but she refused to do so.

When I politely asked for her name and to speak with the owner, she would not provide her name and then hung up on me. This level of unprofessionalism was shocking, especially after being a repeat customer for so long.

Because of this experience, I will not be returning, and I urge management to address this issue directly. I hope the business takes this as an opportunity to train staff on professionalism and communication so that no other guests are...

The Venue itself is lovated at the center of the edgewater Plaza with plenty of parking.Inside you will feel a relaxing ambience that will make you start your massage session right away…

They have nature spa sounds /water fall sounds playing all the time.

The place looks so clean and tidy.They have posted the prices of services/Add on services and products that they used so Transparency is a plus factor for me.

The massage rooms are also clean, organized and the sheets are smelling freshly laundered which is my number 1 requirement for a massage spa/place.

LISA did an amazing job. Her hands works like a magic that takes away my muscle knots,stress away.She is very professional and dedicated in her job.She deserves a recognition👏👏👏

I tried out this new foot massage place in Foster City this week, next to my local Lucky. The booking process online was easy and they had staff available at times that suited me which is always a plus when juggling a family and needing to book last minute. It was quite busy considering it is their first week open (about 6 people in the massage rooms and in the big open space). Staff and customers were well spaced, masked and the doors were open with a lovely breeze coming in.
