Small playground that's good for older kids (it will 100% cause anxiety for parents of toddlers) and everything is new and well maintained. There's excellent shade over the playground on a late summer afternoon which should get even better as the trees get larger. Tennis courts and a backboard, picnic tables and 1 BBQ (one picnic area has a shade cover!), baseball field, and restrooms available.
