I love coming here for the view and tables on the water. I can bring my dog since seating is out on the back deck and I mostly come here for hookah. The food is surly not the reason to come here. My family is of middle eastern decent and everything I've tried here has just been "meh" don't get me wrong, it's not bad just not something I'd write home about or long to come back for. The thing that bring me back here is the location. There are hookah places in the east bay that are closer to me but none with a view like this. Plus being around water is my happy place so I make my way over the bridge from time to time to meet friends here who live on the peninsula and enjoy the outdoors. The people taking the orders don't typically seem to care much about the customers unless they are friends of theirs (whom many get to sit inside even thought COVID regulations state outdoor dining only) even the guys doing the hookahs tend to their friends (or people of their own kind) more attentively than other patrons. However, I still will continue to be a customer at this establishment and I want to note I've never been treated poorly or felt ignored I just don't feel that everyone gets the same treatment all of the time.

My family has always enjoyed the food at Waterfront Pizza and when I was looking for a place to organize a family get-together for the holidays for 26 people, I reached out to Anwar (the owner). He was extremely helpful and worked with me to plan a custom dinner menu at the party room in the restaurant. I called him multiple times to fine tune the menu/share allergy info etc and he was most patient with me. The menu as was follows - Mixed Greens Fatoush Salad, Hummus, Baba Ganouj, Yoghurt with cucumber, Eggplant Moussaka, Falafel, Grilled salmon, Chicken kabob, Gourmet Veggie Pizza, BBQ Chicken pizza, Olives & pickles, Pita & Yellow rice. Delighted to share that the party was a great success! Their party room is spacious and allowed us to socialize and mingle. Everyone enjoyed the scrumptious food and drinks - every item from the pizzas, dips, salad, salmon, chicken was delicious, we had a couple of vegetarians in the party and they told me that the falafel were the best they had ever eaten. The mint lemonade was a big hit! Thank you Waterfront Pizza and Anwar for helping my husband and me host an amazing holiday party!!

Great food, great location. We ordered Falafel, Lamb-Beef Shawarma wrap in Lavash bread, and Lamb shish kebab. Lavash bread is thinner than Pita bread, it has more crunch, which I love. I love the Falafel, there are 4 in one serving, comes with tahini dipping sauce. Crunchy on the outside and crumbly on the inside, moist, not too oily, and taste fresh. Perfection! Lamb-Beef Shawarma is wonderful. The portion is generous, it comes in log shape rolled in aluminum wrap, 3 inch diameter and about 8 inch long. I only managed to finish half of it and take the rest home. The Lavash bread texture is great. It has the crunch I love in bread and taste fresh as well. The vegetables in the wrap is is fresh and generous, the Shawarma meat is also generous in portion and taste great. They also have hot sauce to go with it, but you have to ask for it. Lamb Shish Kebab is excellent. It comes with roasted vegetables mixed with the meat, salad, and rice. The meat texture is excellent, it's soft and juicy. Flavor is just at the right point. Not too strong, not too bland either. Outdoor seating area in the back is my favorite spot for brunch.

This restaurant really impressed me with the food selection, quality and prices. The portions are large and the entrees average around $14.00 and it comes loaded with rice, veggies, meats, and salad. The restaurant location is on a lake and patio has spectacular water views. I wanted to give this a restaurant a test so I ordered $200 worth of food and drinks for 3 people and everything, I mean everything was so delicious and we didn't let anything go to waste including the bread and we took the leftovers to go. The staff, manager and owner were really hospitable and on top of their game. So whether you're in the mood for Mideterrean grilled food or just the usual burger with fries, this place offers it . It is fit for a group dining, as well as family , friends , work-related parties, and also an excellent place for a romantic date or anniversary celebration. Kudos to the owner and management.

I've been here a handful of times and each time was pretty consistent in terms of flavors and the vibe. I must say though, I wish the food was more flavorful and cooked with texture in mind and a bit more reasonably priced. The meats are normally a bit overcooked (even though I ask for them to be cooked a certain temp), the salads are pretty basic for the price (even though the falafel salad is saved by the tasty falafel), and the pizzas are truly overpriced for what they offer... Even though they're really good. The atmosphere is what you make of it. The hookah is pretty good and on par with most places in terms of price and longevity of the head. The waterfront view is always superb and almost worth the price of admission. Expect to spend around 20-30 per person not including alcohol or hookah (double it if you are getting those), so this place is definitely not cheap.

When we saw this restaurant on Check Please Bay Area a few years ago, we knew we wanted to try it. Since then we've gone back several times to enjoy the fresh, delicious Mediterranean dishes. We've traveled to cities in the Mediterranean region and this is the best Mediterranean food we've had in the U.S. Each time we go I always begin with the Muhammara, a spicy dip of ground walnuts, pomegranate molasses and roasted red bell peppers. We've tried many other dishes on the menu and all have been just as good. My favorite beverage is the mint lemonade. The restaurant is open and airy and we like dining on the patio. It's located right on the waterfront and always is a peaceful tranquil setting, which adds to the quality of the dining experiences. Even though we've eaten there many times, we haven't tried the pizza....yet. Maybe next time.....
