(2015 f150 18k miles) I will start off by saying i only do reviews if they are certainly justifiable. And by the end of this experience I feel justified to express my story to others. I will not bash for fun through reviews only truth and honesty from me. Looked at a truck which fit my criteria (older low miles 1 owners the typical grandpa truck if you gather) looked at truck in the rain (1 of many things I typically don’t do but due to the time sensitivity of the deal I did. I called made a deposit on Monday allowed them to handle financing etc everything was smooth until I showed up to take delivery. The truck was covered in scratches that were doodled with touch up paint (would have been better just buffed) truck pulled hard to right on test drive only made it 2 miles before coming back. Tom my salesman argued with me about it being “a crown in the road pulling the truck” told him to keep it and throw it in the alignment rack and check. Go figure the trucks toe was out and they corrected the alignment. I come back to drive the truck again and make my final decision this morning and was greeted with argumentative conversation from Jeff on why I didn’t respond the prior evening if I wanted my deposit back. Just figured I’d show up the next morning ready to make a deal or walk. He was visibly annoyed and kept yelling “I could have had this truck sold but your deposit screwed that up” I understand the end of the months sales push but no excuse to speak to me like that. (Rude and disrespectful) Truck drove perfect and detail buffed most of the poor touch up paint damage. (9 year old truck it’s going to have scratches I get it) was about to walk in to sign on it but wanted to check out the tailgate step. Stepped up and the roof was pounded with hail damage. Coming from a body tech background you are looking for 3-5k to have the roof PDR’d. They were already $900 over top value on the truck from the beginning after that it just sealed the deal to get my deposit back and leave take the couple point hit on my excellent top tier credit score and save myself the hassle. Only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is they did give my deposit back Truck will be right for someone who doesn’t care as much as I do about the price/quality/reliability index. But if I’m paying top value for a vehicle I want a top quality vehicle as in condition. Simple. I had higher hopes for a small family dealership but unfortunately like others damage was still undisclosed and attempted to be hidden. The hail damage being the worst.* hard to see damage due to quality of photo but easily 40-50...
Read moreWhat a bummer. Routine tune up at the local ford dealer. Trying to support the local businesses.
-They forgot to connect two hoses. -Completely broke my CB wires and hand held unit. Note it was working perfectly prior to service. -Claimed I needed work done that I had done a year ago. When I told them that they hurried me along. -Charged me for parts and service I specifically asked not to do. -Didn’t change parts they were supposed to. Claimed they ordered wrong parts.
All that for $650.
Too bad service isn’t what it used to be. No pride in...
Read moreI don’t usually leave reviews but if you are in need of car service I’d be hard pressed not to recommend this dealer. Not only did they quote a competitive price but installed my steering rack without hassle for less than anyone else offered to do. I should add to this the staff is respectful and truly focused on serving...
