As being the ONLY grocery store in Freeland, during the holidays the place was packed needless to say. However, there was not anything short stocked; having ample supply of everything. if only they were priced to help the consumers. They are extremely overpriced and every week the prices go up. They offer no sales on anything to do with holidays, I e., at Easter the eggs are normal price ($4.99) ham is overpriced ($3.79/lb). And people wonder why holidays are fading. How could anyone this day and age afford to buy eggs to color with the kids, or place for an Easter Egg hunt. I had to forego Easter dinner for my family because if I bought a ham I did not have enough money for potatoes, vegetables, refreshments, bread, and dessert. It was sad actually. Read moreThis is a very convenient grocery store located just off the main road in Freeland. The parking can get a bit congested at times, but it's worth the convenience of this store. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The bakery is great there too. We have called on numerous occasions wanting a specialty bread they make that always seems to sell out before we can get there. If you call or tell them there, what you want, they will make it for you and have it the next day....
