Avoid going to this gym. I gave this gym a chance and I am completely disappointed. They have a manager named "Matt" , I gave this "manager" a call in regards to the annual fee I was charged $59.00. i cancelled my membership because I was out of the country I suffered a loss and was away for weeks. I saw the transaction on my account and followed up in regards to it, I don't recall being told I would be charged for a mandatory annual fee. I went to this gym once and wasn't happy with the gym. Right after I had to leave the country. I spoke to Matt and let me just tell you this is the worst customer service I have come across. I don't appreciate being laughed, being told "Karen I understand you are having a bad day" , "Matt apparently was trying to find some sense of humor in this situation." During the covid situation to be taken away $ for a a gym and service you no longer attend is quite ridiculous. At first this situation was about the transaction inquiry but its no longer even about that. I was disrespected, laughed at, and humiliated for saying a word incorrectly. I was trying to talk to an upper management person but was told Matt is the manager. I am expecting a follow up call from corporate. This is unacceptable. I've been to different gyms in the past but never had to pay a mandatory annual fee even if I am no longer a member. Keep the $59.00, this is what Crunch really is money hungry. Matt really showed that this company has no self respect, values. Never will I recommend someone...

Hats off to the team here for being so friendly and enforcing masks/capacity limits during the peak of the pandemic! Especially to JP who is practically every gym clientele’s bro here! They’re all really cool and nice, throwing compliments even when you’re just passing by. Probably best gym staff I’ve ever had and that’s one of the main reasons I continue to go here.
However, the equipment/maintenance is lacking a bit. While blessed to have four deadlift platforms and five dedicated squat racks, it seems every other month I may find a concerning stray bolt. Currently, two of the cable machines have been out of order for a bit over a month now (possibly two?) and some of the pads on other equipment such as the crunch machine need replacing. It might be a supply shortage that’s prolonging this issue so I can’t fault them too much. Equipment wise, it feels like plates are NEVER in the right place or easily found outside of the benches or bumper plates. The free weight area with dumbbells is also small, so it’s a bit annoying that two of the benches are flat benches that can’t adjust height or incline.
Those nitpicks aside, this gym is solid for a commercial gym and I’d recommend over the other...
Read moreBe careful when cancelling your membership. Even when I was verbally told by an employee that I had no charges due when I cancelled, they later sent my information to this rudest debt collection agency to try and collect about $260 from me and dock my credit. It was later sorted out and they cleared my file, but it took longer than it should have and thought it was very shady that Crunch Fitness put me in this situation in the first place. Because of this experience, I will never join Crunch again if I choose to join a commercial gym.
Response to Steve C: You say it was an honest mistake, but before your company sent my information to the debt collection agency, I received an email from you guys requesting payment for overdues. I emailed your company proof of the document that I signed stating I had a balance of $0.00. Yet you guys STILL sent the debt collection agency my way and they were harassing me for payment. So tell me, how is sending the debt collection agency my way AFTER I sent proof of a $0.00 balance an honest mistake? I first informed you guys via email. The second time was directly calling the gym after I received notice from the debt...
