Dutch bros has been one of my favorite coffee place since college. I went to school in NorCal where most locations were in California. There were no Dutch bros in SoCal when I had moved back to SoCal after college. Having now 2 locations in Orange County I was excited to have some nearby.
This locations is missing the essence of DutchBro culture. DutchBro is known for their Enthusiastic, friendly, and outgoing customer service. It happens as soon as you are waiting to have your order taken. They greet you with so much joy that if you were having a bad day that suddenly changes. There’s typically 2-4 people taking orders. This is also depending on the locations and drive thru traffic. I went today and there were two people out taking orders and the line was almost to the street. The person taking my order didn’t do anything wrong it just didn’t feel like I was at Dutch bros. The other person taking orders also seemed like she wanted to take orders outside. Then you had another person guiding people to move forward. She seemed annoyed having to tell people to move forward. The person handing me my drink was nice but again missing the essence of DutchBro. Usually when I get my drink in other locations because of the quick conversation and customer service I either donate to a cause they have or just tip them if I hadn’t already.
My drink itself was okay. I got a lemonade for my kid and it taste a little water down.
The drinks were decent but the service was meh. If you have heard anything like the experience of culture I said at the beginning maybe not try this location and go to the one down the street.
Dutch bros if you’re reading this I will not email you...
Read moreDutch bros are taking over the OC. They have so many locations opening in the area, but I've been visiting this location since it's the "nearest."
Tip: Make sure to download their rewards app to receive points, rewards, and birthday freebies! (not sponsored)
Parking: They're located in a big plaza, so finding a spot is easy.
Ambiance/Environment: They do not have any indoor seating. You either go through the drive thru or go up to the window in person. There used to be a long wait when they first opened. The longest time I've had to wait was an hour. Lately there has not been a crazy wait time.
Service: All workers are nice, quick & efficient. They'll always ask if you have the rewards app, just in case you forget. Just make sure to have the app open, so they can scan it.
Drinks: Their drinks are extremelyyy sweet but addicting lol. I've tried majority of their drinks. I like that they have new seasonal drinks every month. If you don't get a chance to try their new drinks, tough luck. My favorite is the Golden Eagle and Protein lattes from their staple menu. I have yet to try their energizing drinks.
Pricing: I only visit once in a while because 1) they're on the pricier end and 2) it's...
Read moreI recently visited this Dutch Bros, and my experience was incredibly disappointing.
First, a worker interrupted the team taking our orders midway and told them to go inside. This caused confusion and delays. Additionally, the staff seemed to disproportionately prioritize the drive-thru, leaving walk-in customers waiting far too long. To the point a handful of people cancelled their order and requested a refund (I wish I did the same).
I could hear every worker inside the store talking and playing around, even though there was a long line of at least 12 people outside in the hot sun with no one to take their orders. A customer had to notify a worker about the line, to which she responded, "Oh, I'll send someone out." This level of unprofessionalism was unacceptable.
After waiting 48 minutes(ridiculous on my part, I know) , I finally received my coffee, and you guessed it… it was TERRIBLE. It was practically just milk.
This will be my first and last time coming here.
