Walgreens — Local services in Fountain Valley

Like the convenience of this Walgreens. Near Coffee Bean which is my coffee place of choice because it’s not so strong. I love that! Walgreens has a pharmacy and they are very helpful. I have asked the pharmacist for instructions on medicine and they always explain it. Service is sometimes good. When I had to get emergency meds for my parent, theywere very helpful in assisting me on that issue. The only complaint I have with the pharmacy is they sometimes see me but don’t even acknowledge me. They just walk by in front of me in the window. I have to say excuse me a few times, then they say I will be with you in a moment. At the checkout line, I have waited several times and no one comes to assist me. This horrible manager is just disgusting. She is disgusting and not nice. When I came here for the first time and asked how I could print a photo, the answer had to be pulled out, every word begged. With a disgruntled face answers so that she would not be disturbed. The second girl seemed to be Monica very pleasant and tried to help me with the printing of the document. In the end, this manager did not let me print out temporary license plates for the car. When asked why she is ignoring me. I said I have all the documents, my dealer sent it to me and she ended up talking to me with her back to me and then left without giving me what I came for. I don’t review places often, but I hope Walgreens sees this and remedies it. The staff is pleasant here but my experience with the pharmacy is truly laughable. On multiple occasions I’ve sent prescriptions here to be picked up and it is always a super long drawn out process where I have to call in and visit the pharmacy multiple times to find out if they’ve received the prescription and then if they have it in stock.

This most recent time they confirmed they had my prescription but they were out of stock and were ordering it to arrive in a few days. I came back the day she said to and they again said they needed to order the item.
