Ensenada Restaurant Mexican & SeaFood — Restaurant in Fountain Valley

They have really good food, but the place is soooooo crowded! It's like they forgot we're still in a pandemic! No personal distancing what so ever! Omg! It gives me the chills! Chairs and tables are so close to each other and they are now open like nothing indoors! They sing karaoke so close to your table and food that can easily spray (their saliva) on it!! And don't even disinfect the microphone after any use. The only people wearing masks are the waitresses; and yes, you're eating but, hello! Not all the time, since people are done eating and just enjoying the karaoke guy or waiting for their turn or just talking and socializing with the rest of their party and not wearing a mask at all. Trust me, there's no space to have social distancing even if you just go to pick up your order, and to top it off when you order ahead energy day it'll be ready at one time and when you get there they tell you it'll take another THIRTY MINUTES! And no waiting areas with any clear ventilated space! We had to go to our car and wait, and after the 30 minutes, still had to ask the person about our food which was still on the counter waiting for somebody to bag it!!! Not recommended to it there, and even to go; if you can find somewhere with the same quality of food and fresher, ventilated, open space then go for it, other than that just do to go, or be aware they don't follow any protocols for CDC...

Came here for the first time a month ago and it took over 45 min to get our food and once they brought it, it was brought all separately. Figured we'd give it another chance, last time it was busy. Bad idea, came in and there was on 3 other tables with people. But it was the same thing if not worse, took over 55 min. to get our food. My daughter's food was brought out first and it took another 10 min to get ours. Even to get the bill we had to literally wave over the waitress twice, once to give it to us and again to come and pick it up. Last time we visit this place,...

On Wednesday, August 17, 2022 I ordered two Grills, one Roast, Quail and Tripe and another Seafood Grill, they were more than $300.00 dollars, the problem I had was with the Roast, Quail and Tripe grill, the roast and the burnt tripe You couldn't eat it, I was embarrassed with my guests because it was to celebrate my wife's birthday and the tripe and meat couldn't be eaten because of how burned it was, I called and filed a claim, they just told me that the manager wasn't there, nothing Sorry. I called and the manager is not there and so they don't respond...
