I have been a frequent customer at your establishment for several months, visiting almost every week to purchase beverages for my family. I have consistently enjoyed the mango lemonade, but today I encountered an issue with the taste. The lemonade had a bitter flavor and an unpleasant aftertaste, as if it contained soap.

I approached the staff to inquire about exchanging the three mango lemonades I had purchased due to their poor quality. However, they informed me that they could not accommodate my request due to the quantity of drinks involved. I explained that I have been a loyal customer and that this was an exceptional occurrence, as the mango lemonade is usually excellent. Despite my explanation, they maintained their refusal to exchange the drinks or give me a refund.

In contrast, my friend placed a separate order and was able to successfully exchange his drinks. This inconsistency in treatment left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.
