They called yesterday to set up appointment to change out the power box. I told them that I would be gone shopping on Wednesday and set the appointment for 11:00 Am on Thursday. Got a phone call from my wife will I was shopping in Alamosa. She said some people from Blanca Networks just showed up wanting to change the power box out. She was home alone when this happened. Called the office and they confirmed it was one of the installers. She tried to downplay the situation. I ask her for the persons name and she refused to give it to me. We arrived in Forbes Park on Thursday (9/2/21) to find out that our telephone & internet services were not working. We got in the car to go report the problem and saw Blanca working on the lines out the road. We were told that the road scraper had broken the line and they would have it up by the next morning (9/3/21). On 9/4/21, we were still without service. We left a message for Blanca telephone to call us. A little later, Allison called and said that she would be there today to have our problems resolved.
