I was so excited to have burritos from here since I hadn’t had them in a long time. We ordered burritos for pickup and once I got there I inquired of the price as it seemed unreasonably expensive. Based on the established price advertised online and in the store it should have been $40. Upon inquiry, they said that prices had gone up and ultimately we paid $51. There was no consideration to letting us pay their advertised price. After reading them our order it was discovered that the order was incorrect. They offered to remake everything but we were in a hurry and unfortunately couldn’t wait. When we opened the burritos they looked like sloppy tacos with soggy tortillas. This was not at all what we were expecting from an establishment like this that has historically been very delicious. In addition, it does not appear that patrons are required to wear masks or at least it’s not being enforced which is a public health risk during the pandemic. Overall, the food was overpriced and less than average. Next time I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Perhaps, El Super Taco, will be a...

First time eating here. The good, staff was friendly and helpful, and it was clean.

I was really looking forward to the tamales. They were dry and lacked salt. I was disappointed as another reviewer scored them high on this and I was looking forward to the tamales more than anything.

The tacos were good but the barbacoa had a lot of fat. I started to pick it out because there was way too much. Fat is fine as long as there is more meat.

My son and his gf had the menuedo and they said it lacked flavor.

Chips and salsa were okay, but were not anything that stood out.

Horchata was way too sweet and...

Such a great little shop. Wonderful customer service. Easy to read menu. You can dine in or take out. The flavor explosion was incredible. The amount of love cooked into the food is quite evident and the authenticity outshines that of any other Mexican restaurant I've been to in all of Colorado. I absolutely loved the food! I would reccomend anything on the menu. The beans and rice were amazing and the tostadas were delicious. There are also many salsa options that encompass an array of flavors catering to any palate from mild to smokey to extra spicy. I loved the food...

BLUF, Really deserving of 4.5 stars. Nothing that will blow you away, but the food is solid. Service staffs are nice, great place to grab a quick bite. I got an horchata and the birria plate and they ended up being pretty solid. The horchata is fine. Maybe a bit too sweet and lacking some other flavors. It took a bit to get the birria out but that means they make things fresh ig. The birria was delicious, decent texture but really well seasoned and at a great spicy level. Wish it came with the consumme to dip with though, and I wish they give a bit more side of rice.

If you love authentic Mexican food, eat at Mi Taquito. We’re picky about Mexican food, but this is as good as it gets. It’s a definite hole in the wall, but it has lots of character. It was filled with locals and is definitely not a tourist trap. Service was good and the food appeared quickly. The breakfast burrito with chorizo is fantastic and the huevos rancheros are definitely worth every penny. Speaking of price, they are very much a bargain for the quality of the food you get. I will certainly eat here again. Magically delicious!

Wish I could give a better review - food was incredible (chorizo breakfast burrito, salsas, etc. were SO good)...but, my ordering experience was bizarre. We ordered 2 breakfast burritos, and one bean and cheese burrito (super basic...no sides or anything)...and the bill came to over $25. I did a double-take at the menu (see photos) and just can't figure out the math. I politely asked about the charge and was told that yep, $25+ was correct. Glad they were tasty!
