(Edited after response from Salt Lake City showroom manager) The tub and bath fixtures I bought are beautiful. I had a number of extremely negative experiences with the Park City store: failure to notify me when the tub I ordered arrived, impossibility of getting through to a human on the phone, dismissive treatment, poor record keeping, and a battle to get products delivered according to Ferguson's own timeline (48 hrs notice). Every positive experience I had with Ferguson involved their Salt Lake City facilities: delivery dispatcher and driving staff, and the showroom manager who was finally able to assist me. Were I to work with Ferguson again, I would go directly there and avoid the Park City store...

Went in to buy a kitchen faucet today. One sales person (female) was busy with a customer. The other one was sitting at his desk and never looked up or acknowledged me. The busy sales person asked me if I needed help and I said yes. She walked back to tell the other guy. He was on the phone and she said he will help me when he gets off. I wandered around and past him again; he was off the phone call. He never looked up or acknowledged me again. I walked out of the place. I will never...

Bit of obvious miscommunication, told over phone they have some handles in stock. Come to find out if you want anything you got to order it. Cool showroom, but 95% you gonna find what you need at homedepot. Also very brief word with receptionist, could of been the slightest bit helpful and she had to question what i was told over phone...
