We hired Top Shelf for our small & intimate backyard wedding with 30 guests. Our goal was for the night to feel both special (with food & drink service), but also casual with the family-style setting. Things couldn't have been better and we are so grateful for the perfect vibe that Top Shelf brought. It could have been very impactful and noticeable had things not gone smoothly. Jason was our single bartender and he was timely, cool, efficient, and ensured we and our guests were served all night. The pre-planned shopping list was quite spot on, which can be a difficult thing to predict. We had enough of everything and also didn't end up with too many leftovers. All the planning and coordination was organized and easy; every detail was reviewed and we had a very set and confident plan in place prior to the event. I have nothing but excellent things to say about this expereience and the team we worked with. I can also further qualify this review with having experienced mediocre and worse bar service at other events (including our 2nd reception a couple days later!), so we were incredibly grateful for how well things went on the most important day/night of our lives. We heard about Top Shelf through Facebook and decided to have them come give us a quote. The price they quoted was within our budget and we had them do our cabinets, counter tops and flooring. The cabinet's and counter tops are either not level nor are they square. I have grabber screws holding one of the faces together and the surround around my fridge is almost an inch out of level. The counter top installers damaged one cabinet in our bathroom and we pointed this out when it happened. We have emailed them with pictures and asked if they could fix these items. After a month of no response from them I called them and talked to them about fixing these issues. They assured me they would keep in contact about getting this handled. They still have not reached back out. There are a few more issues with everything that I did not include with this. I would reconsider doing business with them if I were you. They are apparently not going to stand behind what...
