I had a horrible experience. Crooks! Do not leave your phone sitting anywhere one of the employees may take it!! I left my cell phone on the cash counter after my daughter and I went and got our nails done. I had paid for the services and went to my car and waited for my daughter. I needed to freshen up my make up prior to leaving. Once we left, I noticed I didn’t have my phone. I called immediately and they said they did not see anything ( the same woman who pocketed the phone answered) . I went back to the establishment calling my phone. I checked the bathroom and everywhere we were sitting no phone to be found. I went home got another device was able to log into the find my iPhone saw a pin to a vehicle outside. I called them back and let them know being to their place and I would be following up with a police report. Went back to the establishment And now the phone was showing you was pinging in the back of the building. They let us see the video footage which confirmed the woman who cashed me out at the catch counter, took my phone immediately after I turned around to leave she had ample time to tell me I left my phone and after her husband went and put it in his vehicle where my phone pinged and after I called them mentioning a police report they moved my phone back into the building. We clearly saw the woman take it. We could see on the footage. I was using my phone prior to paying and then leaving the building. But somehow my phone was “” found in the bathroom which I will tell you we checked multiple times.” And you could see me on it, go to the cash counter pay and leave and the woman place phone one the counter below. I did not see what she did with it after. The The husband and wife who drive a white sporty vehicle over there are crooks. I would like my money ($140) back for all the gross shenanigans and then trying to make me feel like I’m stupid and left my phone in the bathroom when we all know that’s not what happened. Edited after your bogus reply your footage showed me clearly ON MY PHONE prior to walking to pay and LEAVING my phone at the counter, I NEVER went “back to the restroom”. Iwas on my phone after that, restroom was checked twice prior to it “being found in there” and it was being called while the restroom was looked into. I paid and I walked outside and left your employee took my phone AS SOoN AS I turned my back. There’s no physical way my phone could’ve got into the bathroom unless your dishonest employee put it there, as I clearly had it after I used the restroom as seen on the footage, I paid and left the building. Verified by two employees that tried to say they can see me have it before I paid. . My phone pinged to your employees vehicle, the husband of the woman who grabbed it and which I called and said that I’d be there to file a police report and in the 17 minutes it took us to get back there the “phone moved” and the phone was turned off, (no wonder why the guy was like “I’ll let you search my car” when my son said it’s pinging to that car, this was because he already put it back in the building!) I just didn’t have a device to look at the location while driving back) so then they turned the phone on again 😂 and it pinged in the back of the building just before my son “found it” so my phone was being moved around and turned off and on without being in my physical possession and can be shown on the find my iPhone map the exact times it was moved and AFTER I threatened to file a police report, ONlY then did the phone suddenly grow legs and make its way to “the restroom.” I saw the footage of your employee place my phone on the counter below myself the moment I turned around. So apologize for your employees behavior or go and make your bogus report. Show the police the footage 🤣. They will also wonder how I was on my phone right before getting to the pay counter leaving and how the phone manifested itself in the bathroom! What a joke! You liars! I’ll come collect my money back plus extra for this pathetic crap and maybe I’ll remove my review....

The audacity for you people to demand an apology and threaten the police after your employee 💯 willfully attempted to STEAL MY PHONE!

I’m going to be very clear. This company left a bogus reply when I gave my honest review about an employee there taking my phone directly from the cash counter the moment I turned around after paying. She lied about it when I asked if she saw a phone later and it was ridiculous what it took to get my phone back! A police report has been filed.

After using the restroom.

4:35pm I receive phone call. I’m sitting at the nail table next to my daughter. I get directly up walk to pay counter phone in my hand after the call. I pay. I leave phone on counter. @4:46pm the employee takes it and moves it to lower counter the moment I turned my back to leave! Had plenty time to say hey miss you left your phone! As seen on the footage.

Also they know my daughter was still in there. She could’ve let her know I left my phone.

I wait 20 min for my daughter’s nails to be done. I was freshening up in the car. We drive off around 5 pm I realize I left my phone. We call and ask. The same woman that answered was the one who took my phone I later found out! She said no phone.

I drop daughter off at home.

I go back to look, use the salons phone, me and another employee look by the table and chairs I was at but I knew after recollection, I had just got off the phone prior to paying. I left it at the cash counter. An employee and I search bathroom for good measure while it was ringing and only a sink and toilet it is not like it had places to hide. I saw another client use the bathroom and she probably would’ve seen it too.

How could my son find it so easy? But your employee and I so blind?

I leave a number if the phone is found, with the lady that I eventually found took it 🤣. You can’t make this up y’all.

At home I was able to use my son’s device and it was pinging directly to a vehicle that belonged to an employee.

I actually saw him go put something in his car when I was still there, it was the husband of the girl who took my phone! Interesting.

Me and my daughter search all around the ground, the grass too incase as I was parked next to them maybe I dropped it. Map showed us right on top of phone but it was in a car.

I call my son tell him it’s showing in this car. My son shows up goes inside and shows the screenshot he had of the ping and us at the vehicle.

I called them to say it’s pinging in this car and I’m coming back to file a report. Unfortunately my daughter’s phone died while waiting for my son to arrive. We just waited in my car about 5 minutes.

During that time my phone was turned off and moved back into building. They obviously moved it. We could not see that yet. My son and I walk up to the building my son explains to them my mom’s phone came up missing it’s pinging here, at this vehicle. Not knowing it had moved the guy offered you can look in my car “I’m so innocent”, my son wanted to call it and see if it rang but it was now going to VM. Nothing found.

I told them I saw enough, on the video she took my phone, obviously you aren’t giving it back, we checked the building and called it multiple times. I’m going to watch the location and file a police report in the morning. I had somewhere to be urgently.

I left to my car. They then INSISTED my son who was still there, again check the bathroom himself! 🤣 viola! After so many people have already looked it’s just there for my son. How convenient.

There was never a demand to search car, the culprit who moved the phone back inside insisted my son look. The conversation/video review was outside, in private away from customers! Everything they stated was a lie!

We pay good money for our nails and when I say this I’m representing all your clients because it seems you look for an opportunity to take advantage of them! Beware girls!

Might have people who do decent nails but obviously a dishonest company entirely after...

Horrible, Horrible, horrendous! The man was so rough, like a literal chop shop. He was cutting my skin with clippers I’ve never had that before now I have painful slices and cuts at the tips of my toes almost like paper cuts but some are gouged and I want to cry! They hurt and my husband said the did a sloppy job in polish even noticed he carved a huge dent in the top of my toe with the tool he used. It was supposed to be relaxing and felt like torture I would say ouch and the guy would literally laugh he was moving so fast I could not even relax but I was too nice to say anything, I told him no gel he said. I Do anyway it last longer I said no gel he said it last longer and proceeded with gel anyway and I wanted to storm out.

I regret it so bad my toes throbbing under the sheets as I wake up. Then in my shoes at work! Feeling like tiny paper cuts. This is not right. What did that man have against me? I’m so mad. I spend so much money, I hate gel and work hard and so does my husband and he wanted to treat me. I didn’t want him to feel bad because he was doing a nice thing for me so I didn’t express my experience then or to him but I am here! And my husband noticed the damaged himself.

My toes hurt very bad and I’m angry I wake up in pain. I also feel the tech treating the woman next to me was very rude to their client. That place might gave one good person but to summarize they seem rude Shady and dishonest, not at all empathetic when they mess up instead condescending when they say they want to make customers happy. That wasn’t my first time there, seeing or having a bad experience, but my last after 10 years of frequenting them trying to give the benefit of doubt since it’s close to home and...
