Another Update: 4-28-25 a year later and the $6 special is "not made". Disappointing. STILL haven't got it right a year later. Smh UPDATE: 9-16-24 Still horrible as their $6 deal will make them turn you away and say "Do you really want them? Because it will take me a half hour to make?" And I reply. I guess not. And she did not drop some for other customers.she just went back to stocking. Where is management on these days? Ugh. A year later and I thought the store would change. It hasn't.if I could give 0 stars, I would. Gross, Albertsons. 9-11-23 8:45 am Customer service is trash here. The deli had 3+ walk-aways due to no assistance. I and another customer rang the bell multiple times and ask other employees for assistance to which we were completely ignored. Only 1 guy there with no help, and extremely slow, or he would go to the back and hide away from customers and only come out when the customers left. I highly recommend any place of business other than this store.

On February 15th 2023, at 9:23 am I was at self-checkout where an item of mine was ringing up more expensive that was on the price tag. I tapped on the ask for assistance button and the red light came on. There were four employees at the self checkout not doing anything but gossiping and not helping other customers. I then decided to verbally ask for help, and backs were immediately turned away from me to assist me with my mismarked item. Recently I've seen management come in and out of the store to try and improve things. But it's not the product, it's customer service like this that shy away from Albertsons and go to other stores instead. I don't know why I keep trying to give this place another chance. Most of the workers there are useless. Check the cameras footage. You'll see I'm not lying. I highly do not recommend...

I was racially profiled while shopping. The store manager that is bald and has glasses accused me of stealing and said he knew my “intentions” and told me to never come back. I asked why he accused me and he said I walked past the point of sale even tho it’s where flowers, gift bags and other merchandise are. I walked to ask a separate employee a question about an item and that’s where the “ point of no sale was” next to self checkout . even tho I walk in that area all the time. He told me in a very rude manor to leave the store even tho I told him he was more than welcomed to check my person and that I did nothing wrong. He told me I was just a kid and I told him I was 18 and I was going to call my dad and he responded in the most rude and unprofessional way “ you need daddy to help you?” He had a name tag and removed it when my father showed up. He had no evidence or proof of me stealing and I complied in every single way but I was still accused by how I dress I had him call the cops because I did nothing wrong and I was not going to be falsely accused. This is my go to grocery store. Had an incident today when we were trying to buy jalapeños popper package. The package wasn’t sealed properly but that was okay with us since everything else was sealed inside and we liked the size of the jalapeños. The cashier scanned it and bagged it. Later took it out and told the manager to switch it since it was opened, we explained to her we didn’t mind due to liking the jalapeño sized. She then accused us of switching out the jalapeños due to it being opened and how the package was measured by weight which is not true they’re all $6.99. Not sure if she just has bad customer service. Either way there was no reason to give us attitude over jalapeños. We didn’t end up getting them anyway since we couldn’t get the package we liked after telling her 4 times. We understand if it was store policy not to sell us opened packages but she could’ve addressed it by saying “I’m sorry we cannot sell this to you due to policy” before scanning it and bagging it.
