Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in New Mexico

I buy pizza here all the time I always order the same thing each time and I have never ever had trouble, always had a wonderful experience. Until this two last times, I let it go the last time my pizza did not look fresh like I always order and did not have the extra sauce but I let it slide. Today I order again the same thing and the rude attitude from the front girl was the same as last time (the skinny one ) I asked to have it double cut from the beginning and wasn’t done got mad cause I asked her to do it plz.could just tell by body language and zero customer communication. Then I get home pizza looks good xtra sauce and all but they added so much sauce my pizza was falling apart ( almost like saying okay you want extra sauce here it is let me ruin your pizza but the extra sauce wouldn’t have been an issue if they would have actually made it well done like I asked from the start. This two last times have been very disappointing. Why work there is you hate your dam job… will have to triple Check next time and am sure someone’s feeling are gana get hurt … I asked for something and I paid for it. Am always nice and polite so the least I ask is to get what I asked for. My kids eat this pizza I don’t need it...

I waited in line, placed my oder, a classic pepperoni pizza and an order of crazy puffs. I'm told that the only hot n ready is the ExtraMost Bestest Pepperoni for $7.99, if you want the classic for $6.99 they have to make it and you have to wait, oh and it will be 12 min. for the crazy puffs. So I say ok to the $7.99 pizza and I can wait 12 min for yhe Crazy puffs. As I waited for 30 min. I watched the cashier do the same thing, open the warmer and say the only pizza that's ready is the $7.99 pizza if they want the $6.99 pizza they will have to wait. So everyone does what I do they take the one that's ready. Everyone who came in ordered the classic pepperoni pizza for $6.99 but we're upsold the $7.99 pizza. They only make the $7.99 pizzas unless you place an online or mobil order. This location is the worst! The $7.99 pizza is NOT the Best at all its just more crust not more cheese or pepperoni and the crazy puffs are like cupcake size with less batter so the cupcake ends up small. This place...

TERRIBLE! I am a teacher and the supposed "policy" is to call ahead of time especially for a pizza party on a holiday like Valentine's. So I called the day before (which is what they have always told me) I put in my order, I talked to Luis, and he said the pizzas would be ready at 10:50am. (They open at 10:30am) Then the day of the party, we go get the pizza and they have a LOBBY FULL, I mean people pouring out the door, angry people also waiting for their pizza, lots of teachers who also called ahead of time and of course the pizza is not ready! My kids WAITED almost an hour to eat (an hour past their regular lunch. They are the most disorganized pizza place I have ever seen. I will never order from there again, I plan on calling Peter Piper's next time because this is the 3rd time they have done this! I do no recommend going here! I am very disappointed!
