Well i would give them 5 stars my first visit and 1 star for todays visit.....so ill make my point and leave it there.....my first visit there was a manager and an associate, they were very attentive to my needs. The manager was very easy going but still stern on their prices (i respect that being its a new business,but she also left me with the feeling that if i had an issue with any of my purchase to just bring it up next visit and it would be handled (within guidelines of course) It's the whole "assurance, reassurance, and/or insurance that you as a proffesional and a sales person do to make a customer eager to return. Today i did return and brought one item out of six items back to exchange (i grabbed a item a size to big). It had been more then their 30 day return policy being i dont live in bullhead and they close at normal business hours, i wasnt able to return item til about 60 days later. Once i got home and realized i had purchased the wrong size shirt i had folded it and put in a gallon freezer ziploc so there would be no chance for it to be damaged. Today the owner...

Great and unique brands along with name brands ie. Dickie's. Store was beautiful and stocked and owners were really nice and knowledgeable especially Dad and daughter. Definitely could spend an hour min and still be happy about what I spent and giddy over my unique and treasure like finds.in a town where the Walmart caters to the fashion senses of the retired and 75+ it's an absolute gem of a find, that I m excited about going relatively soon there again that I will be going...
