I used The Food Truck League for the first time last week to arrange a food truck for our outdoor party of 100. It went so smoothly! I received a response to my inquiry in less than an hour and everything was handled for me from there. I have no idea how I would have found an available truck on my own with 3 weeks notice. Maria, from The Food Truck League, stayed in close communication with me while she found an available, suitable food truck and made all the arrangements. The truck showed up and was set up before our guests arrived; the food was fantastic and the guys provided great, friendly service. They made sure everyone had all the food we wanted before they packed up. I appreciated that they did this rather than just leaving at the time indicated on the reservation. Red Food Truck

Fries - The art of good fry making is not lost on this food truck, the fries were crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside with just the right amount of salt. If I could give any suggestion it would be to include more fry sauce with your fries, it is nearly heartbreaking to run out of fry sauce only to see that 20% of your fries remain. I now have a window into the desperation that may have spawned the "Dipping French Fries into Chocolate shakes" activity, which though I have tried, I still cannot recommend.

Sandwich - This is my first foray into Peruvian dishes, but I Have to say, the meat was tender and flavorful, the toppings were well cooked and seasoned, and the sauce(s) were on point. Great Sandwich.

Portion Size - Though not really large, it was an adequate size and it did not leave me feeling ripped off as some food trucks do.
