Utah 211 — Local services in Four Corners States

It's Sunday, June 8. I'm trying to call Utah 211 on behalf of a single mother of three (one, a 2 year old) who had her food stamps stolen. The government doesn't reimburse the loss any more. I've been on hold for 1 hr. and 16 min. I looked at the online resources on the 211 website. I don't see anything helpful. I ordered an emergency food box for her on Friday, but it hasn't come yet. Other resources she called won't help until Wednesday. I went to the Utah Food Bank website and the first thing you see is a request for a donation, but they're closed on weekends. (People often need the most help on weekends.) (I'm in Cali, but I did send a little money to help--it's not enough.) I have to hang up now....
