John was incredibly helpful, several times. We have been remodeling a basement apartment for my parents and were in need of a dishwasher. We purchased one that is amazing! Fast forward a few days...parents were selling their home and needed to upgrade the dishwasher. BAM!! John to the rescue. We had purchased a washer and dryer from a used appliance store in Clearfield prior to coming across John's business. It looked nice, but was hot garbage. We purchased a dishwasher and microwave from illustrious appliances, and we worked with John. I have to say, it was amazing how easy it was. I was in a hurry and had to go to work but needed appliances, so I looked online, called him, he sent me some pictures of what he had in stock and had it delivered to me that day. He also worked with us to switch our microwave out when it ended up being one I didn't like... Imagine that since I didn't go in and pick it in person. Anyways, it came with a warranty oh, I'm going back for a stove, and we were very happy with Jon's services....
