Less the manager that completed my order first gave me my order with no knowledge it wasn't all there.. So I had to go back and tell him it was missing and he said " oh ya..we didn't have that color in stock" I said but you charged me for it. The last of the available money on my card has been used to get this order and I had NOT been re embursed.. I showed him that and that on line there are only one to 2 colors showed as an option when thier where 7 available on the shelf Now MIND YOU! THE ONLY REASON I ORDERED FROM HERE WAS TO GET THIS HARD TO FIND MAKE UP!! But on line there is a 10$ limit for pick up orders so I added to my order. I also explained this to him. Using the last of my money worth no reimbursement or knowledge of not even receiving my product. I asked since I was charged may I just grab the correct color that I needed since it was NOT on line even as an option ( which i showed him) he threw his hands up and said I have nothing to do with that and I can't let you have that unless you buy it. I said I DID. He got upset that I was almost crying. And was treating me very short and rude. I explained that's the ONLY item I came for, how do I leave this store worth this color since I already paid? I even showed him what was taken from my account.. he replied " I don't know what im looking at" and then told me I could only have the cover up if I paid for it. So I said sir, im big on reviews..I really wish you'd help me out more.. and he giggled. So I left and said... see you on line LEE. And he claimed he's manager when I asked to speak to one. I will never order from here again. I. Don't trust it. And you should tell your customers when thier is a problem with they're order... don't just let them leave thinking everything ransmoothly. I asked him repeatedlyhow to order that color on line when they're weren't those options and SHOWED HIM ON LINE MY ORDER AND THAT IT SAID AVAILABLEAND CHARGED ME FOR THE OTHER COLOR... again he threw his hands up... i don'tknow.
