Well let's see our drinks were wrong again, at the Clifton store. I work in restaurant and we write down what we want and send with our friend Clyde.. He returned with drinks three out of four wrong. We were busy in our restaurant and I took time to call and speak to shift manager Zoey, she was very rude and argumenitive with me from the start. TRENTA means big not small then she argued about the Venti cafe vanilla bean frap, which came with no coffee. Her reply was that when you say bean it does not come with coffee, cafe means with coffee the bean has nothing to do with it.. She argued this so I had another waitress who is manager at the Starbucks at the college call and she argued with her too. They gave us drink cards to replace and when I went in shift manager Morgan was loud and some what rude to.. She says we were busy, well I get that I was busy too but had to call to get this right, her reply is I don't know what else to say we were busy... Customer service is terrible, you don't vet argumenative with customers when you made the mistake. Will take my buisness else where. Daylight donuts makes great coffee too your not the only...
Read moreI have been here multiple times because it's close to my house and the last couple of times I've had so many issues I buy Starbucks almost every day and every time I come to this store there is an issue with my drink today I spent almost 16 dollars on a grande pink drink and a customized white chocolate mocha both taste terrible the pink drink hardly had any coconut milk and was super bitter the mocha had starberry cold foam that did not taste like strawberry at all and was medium temp ... I hate my iced drinks hot I asked for it shaken and it's still taste room temp. Long story short for 16 dollars for two drinks I should be getting a lot more quality of drinks then the cashier was watching me while I was putting in my card payment as he was expecting to get tipped and when I didn't tip he decided to not give me the proper state for my drink have me a short one and not a long straw super annoying I normally tip but honestly I won't always and that's ok they make an hourly rate and should up scale their customer service because to top it off they have...
Read moreBest Starbucks I've been to in my entire life. The workers know me and my family by name. They have learned our orders by heart. We have been going there for YEARS now and its been such a blast watching employees STAY there for years and years and have kids and make families and watch certain managers get promoted up to regional level and watch other shift leads get promoted to store manager etc. Has just been a very very pleasant experience with this location over the years. Very amazing management and leadership. Other locations need to look at how this location is being ran and take some notes. Seriously. Its hard to find customer service THIS good these days. Obviously if you've had one Starbucks you've had them all as thats the point of a franchise but this location you get that little extra. The employees that greet you as you walk in the door. You feel like family. Genuinely. I hope all these workers retire at this location and stay there until I die. Truly a highlight of my life having the honor of visiting...
