Went here in hopes of getting the 79 cent slushies. I asked if they had them, she said yes! So I proceeded with my order, which was 3 slushies. At the end she said 11.78. Hmm for 3.79 cent slushies? No response. So I got out my car. Went up to there door, and was greeted by someone who claimed they were a manager. I told them what just happened. That i wanted the 79 cent ones, and i will not be paying 11.78 because I asked before I proceeded with the order and she said yes. They then tell me its a App deal only. Alright she should have told me that before I proceeded with the order then. So i had them cancel that order. Made a new one on the app, and went back to the carhop, proceeded to give them my name for the order...to be told its at a different Sonic. So i called the other Sonic to see if i could get it switched to the one im at or refu ded at least nope! I was greeted nicely by the manager at the mall Sonic though. The " manager" came out when i was on the phone with the other one from the other Sonic and was trying to say they just called the other Sonic and Spoke with the manger there and that nothing could be done. Thats lie for one becaude i was literally on the phone with them for the past 8-10 minutes. Where as you were staring at me on the phone being rude, and trying to talk over me while i was talking. I dont think the were actually a manager. They were super unprofessional. And just kept lying. Extremely rude. THEY SHOULD BE FIRED AND SUED. Read moreI love Sonic as a franchise, and their food can be extremely good when made properly. This location (Clifton CO) is so hit and miss lately, I'd be remiss not to address it. A couple of the most recent visits I've had - I ordered the new Grilled Cheese Double Burger (a double cheeseburger on texas toast essentially) and was given just a regular double cheese burger on standard buns. I'd understand if they didnt have the texas toast because it's a new menu item, but Sonic has had texas toast for years, but they didn't even communicate it was just going to be a standard bun. The time prior to that, my wife and I went through the drivethew, ordering breakfast in the morning, and were stopped at the window for nearly 20 minutes while other people got their drinks and drove past us angrily. The employees didnt apologize that it was taking so long, didnt even offer a reason for why it took so long. The only consolation from that experience was somebody else entirely handed our food out and DID apologize for the long wait, but it seemed like theyd just gotten on their shift, so it's hardly something they should have to apologize for. I'll likely continue to go here due to its location and the fact I love Sonic, but I'll keep my expectations as low as possible so as to not get too upset at the little things. Hopefully they get this place back up to the standards they were at sooner than later.

Got to the speaker only to sit there for another 5 without anyone acknowledging me or answering when I tried to get someone's attention. Pull up to wait for another several minutes behind the ONE car in front of me. Finally pull up to the window and am asked to pay for an order I was not able to make. Tell the guy I still need to order and to his credit I can hear him telling someone inside my complaint and coming back to the window with a medium slush when I only ordered a small. Then I hear a female inside yelling about how I need to be more understanding because they have a line wrapped around their building. To yell at me when, up to that point, I had been very patient and understanding is completely unacceptable. I expressed to the young man at the window that I don't appreciate her attitude and he tells me not to be like that. Ultimately I left without my order and won't be going back.
